Easy access off of I 95. Large private retirement community for golfers. All of the sites a privately owned and rented when available. Nicely landscaped, quiet with excellent amenities. Level concrete pads. Need to go into town for any supplies including ice. No WiFi or cable.

Paved level lot, easy back in, nice/clean hookups. Doesn’t get any easier and feels more golf resort than woodsy campground. Pool is nice and clean as well. No complaints.

Two pools and spas, as well as a golf course and a couple restaurants in the complex although we did not eat at the restaurants. Really close to groceries and gas!
Having said all of those things, I understand that this might not be considered “camping” by some as there isn’t a woodsy, back-to-nature vibe to this place. Wood fires aren’t allowed at your site and it feels more like a community than a campground. I will say that we paid the SAME price here, as we did for one night in a CG just down the road with that “woodsy” feel. So glad we came here!

It could be an idyllic spot if not for the rowdy drunken bonfire parties.
