After talking to people inside they said this was because someone decided to have an extended stay here and had to be forced to leave so now there are signs up. We stayed overnight and left at 7:00 am with no problems. Nice flat paved lot with lights. The museum was very nice and of course had bathrooms and a gift shop with some premade food. Very nice area to walk dogs outside. A little loud as we expected since it’s next to the intestate highway.

We set up in the truck parking area. The lanes were plenty wide to put down our steps but not open the slide. No services, of course. The parking lot is lit but not brilliantly, and we felt safe enough. There were several semis parked there also. Between the semis idling, I-80 rolling along and the trains in the distance, it was pretty loud, but we were tired enough to sleep through most of it.
I said we would stay there again, and we would, in a pinch, but it was really noisy. I'm not sure how much better it would have been at the other locations that were available as it seems that, unless you are willing to go quite a ways north or south of I-80, most of the available places seemed to be close to the interstate and the trains.

We pulled in at 8:30pm and had plenty of spaces to choose from. A few semi trucks were already there. Having the convenience of being right off the interstate there is road noise. Had PLENTY of green space to walk a dog. Would stay here again when we are driving across the country.

Clean, not packed, safe, lovely area with wild flowers and picnic tables. Perfect for an overnight… it is right on the interstate, so you have traffic noise! But allot nicer than a rest area.

I think those who claimed highway noise is not bad must have removed their hearing aids! Thankful for having gotten an incredible night sleep last night at Guernsey State Park in WY. Tonight will be noisy being maybe 500 yds off the highway with no barriers between and overhead lights that make it almost like daylight. And our TT is much more insulated than most, so couldn't imagine the noise level in a different camper!

They’re concrete, level, and go for miles. Very beautiful as it follows the Platte river. Also, (almost) directly across the street from the Archway, is a small circular dirt lot that is right on a lovely, small pond. We had views of a beautiful sunset and were away from semi's.

I pulled over & slept here while traveling from Colorado to South Dakota. I slept in my SUV & felt very safe. It is noisy because you are close to the interstate, but I was able to sleep through it fine.

We used this area to pullover and rest for the night and it was great. There weren’t many people in the lot. It was quiet aside even with the traffic on the interstate. We would definitely use this spot to stop for a break next time we’re passing through.

We were able to park in the little area by the water with another RV, which kept us away from the semis - but even if we had been in the parking lot with them it would have been fine. There is a great walking trail and a museum that we weren't able to see due to arriving late. We felt safe and would stop again if needed.
