North of Rock Springs, at the Sweetwater Equestrian Complex. Hundreds of sites, full hookups. Very friendly Caretaker (Kaye). First come first serve only, but plenty of room.
Good for a stopover or a stay. Gravel sites. Great dog park. Just check in and pick your spot!

1200 sites at a very large events complex - ag, horses, car races. No events when we were here, wide open availability for sites. We got to take our pick and were a little apprehensive due to some of the previous reviews claiming all utilities needed extensions because services were at the rear of the sites. We found that is not the case, our 40' MH had no extension issues for any of the utilities. Large flat gravel area, FHU's, and the caretakers are very friendly. It can get a little windy later in the afternoons.

This is an amazing development for events, 1200 hookups, designed for horse and ag events.
When they do not have an event the space had miles for walking.
The host is very nice and helpful.
We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the Log Inn Supper Club.

We stayed one night on our way through town. There wasn’t an event happening and we had our pick of corrals. The whole place is gravel and the sites are mostly level. Wooden dividers separate the vast space into sites of two. The hookups are located at the back of the site and required an extension for the electrical and sewer hoses. The entrance to the “campgrounds” is located in the livestock entrance past the main gate. The caretaker is located at the back and there was a doorbell attached to the gate. They have a dog in the yard that barks but is friendly. It would be an ok place for an event or in a pinch but the tractors were busy running back and forth until 10:30pm and the dust was heavy, so we won’t be returning.

Stayed one night 6/26/22 in my 30' trailer.
Was $34 with tax. You can park however you want wherever you want in order to use the hookups. The sites are set up for camping with horses/livestock I think. I took 2 spaces and parked sideways. Was good for a night!

All the services are located in the back of the site and depending which site you have, you may need extensions for electric, water, and sewer. This campground wasn’t full when we arrived and you could pick whatever site you wanted and then pay in the office. We were able to get 6 OTA TV channels (usually) and ATT was 12 down and up but seemed like the tower was busy most of the time for using data.
