Large pull-thru sites great for an overnight. Denny's just around the corner. Power was fine. Water was off when we arrived. Got water back around 6pm. Water hookup was broken at my site, had to pull hose to adjacent spot for water. Good for overnight.

This park is fine. Very close to the highway, so you can definitely hear the traffic, but we had a good overnight stay. There are both nightly and monthly sites, and the sites are all gravel and we had full hook ups. The shower was really great. Plenty of hot water, sparkling clean, and plenty of room to put your things and keep them dry.

We stayed for an overnight stop. Our pull thru site was convenient. Neighbors were close but we did not feel like we were packed in. The bathhouse was clean with great water pressure and hot water. There is a dog run but there was no foot path to get to it and the grass had not been mowed. We would stay here again.

This was a very well laid out facility. Extremely clean. Dirt roads and gravel spots. Big rocks not gravel. Only negative would be the potholes everywhere. If you’re afraid of breaking an axle don’t go fast in this facility!

Much quieter than expected considering proximity to I-30. Bathhouse is impeccable and the laundry room is clean but small The Campground Has A Small Population if Monthly Residents Who Are Quiet And Their Sites Are Well Maintained. Most Other Guests Are Passing Through Because Of Closeness To Highway. There Is A Pilot And Denny’s Near the Campground Entrance. Again, When In The Campground Both Are Not Intrusive. Texarkana is a cool town to investigate and Sunrise is an excellent base. When in town we recommend TLC Burgers and Fries.

Traveling so only 1 night. Very clean, great showers. Pool, playground, dog run, laundry. Monthly renters in their own space but you wouldn’t know it. Spacious spots, green grass. Wifi never worked for us. We didn’t know about cable tv until we pulled out.
Nice people inside. Would definitely stay here again.

Maria was super cool during check-in. All of the sites in this campground face south to some extent. We prefer to face north due to our large class A motorhome windshield. She let us take a total of 3 sites to accommodate our wish. Thanks for the great service! The rig was parked in pull-through full hookup gravel site C3 and we loved it. Free campground wifi worked at the site and it was blazing fast. No cable but we were able to program lots of over-the-air TV channels. Decent cell signal for both Verizon and AT&T. Restrooms & showers were very clean. Laundry room is open 24 hours and the machines were in good shape. Lots of road noise from I-30 so bring your earplugs. Flying J is right down the street. I highly recommend getting gas there as they have 2 dedicated RV fuel lanes.

Stayed overnight while traveling. Sites were pretty level and large enough so that you could stay hooked up. Plenty of mowed grass to walk the dog around. Definitely not a destination park but a clean well lit place to spend a night or two and seemed safe

We are full-timers (family of 4) that stayed here while we established residency. At first staff was friendly and seemed to be on top of things. About a month in things started to change. The campground selects who they apply rules to and does not address violations of the rules as they claim.
The dogs at this campground are allowed everywhere, including inside the laundry room which makes going in there very smelly. The dogs also go to the bathroom everywhere, including inside the bathhouse. There are permanent campers there that have dogs so it's a consistent problem.
Internet was working great then after a storm it wasn't and when we brought it up we were told we were the only ones experiencing the issue but then after a month they had someone come out and they had to replace a broken part. Thank goodness for good verizon coverage and hot spot.
The main road is very bumpy so be sure to drive slow, they laid some clay with rocks but really need some truckloads of gravel to fill it in. There is also a sewage smell that the campground is aware of but they say they are "working on it".
The area was good, plenty to do with the family, and propane refills just down the street. When the internet is working it was good and allowed for streaming. Price was $400/month including electric which was good. Be sure to put filters on the water as without it's pretty dirty. Plenty of walking space which was good for morning walks. Electric was good too. The sites had space but the campground put people beside each other/us when there were plenty of available spaces. Being so close to the highway it is noisy but you do get used to it. Being so close to the highway it is convenient to get to places quickly so it's up to you what you prefer.
I would not recommend for longer than a week.

There are not a lot of RV parks along I-30 in the Texarkana area. We pulled in around 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation and were happy to see many available overnight spots. The front desk attendant was very helpful and made sure to give us a site with plenty of space for our 38' fifth wheel. We did have some problems with our 50 amp connection, but just used our adapter for 30 amp service without any problems. The park is very convenient to I-30, but being so close meant traffic noise was pretty severe. The site was fairly level and gravel; we did not have anyone on either side of us or it would have been tight. The sites were sufficient for an overnight stay; the longer-term sites are toward the back of the park, are more spacious, and have picnic tables. There is one very small dog run, but lots of other grassy areas. We enjoyed having quick access to the nearby Flying J as well.
