First timers on the road. Very friendly owners. Even though right off the interstate this campground is nestled in the woods with a nice creek on back of property. We will be staying here again

Great little campground (CG) right off I-65. Perfect setting for an overnighter. Check in was easy and we proceeded to pull through site 7 with FHUs. The utilities were smartly placed at the center of the site. Nice campground setting with a clear creek running down the side and a small pond. No designated dog area but plenty of area to walk the pups. We used their eight channel cable that was not very good i.e.standard definition. We got 2 bars each on Verizon and AT&T. There WiFi was average. To watch football, we went to the OTA channels and got Fox in addition to a few other misc channels. The CG was well maintained and very clean. If there were any permanent residences, we could not tell. As this CG was right office the interestate there was some road noise but it did not bother us. We will mark this CG as a “go to” when we travel south and need an overnight stop.

We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed the area. We didn’t find the highway to be an issue noise-wise. The price was more than what I had seen in other reviews but the space was all we could have wanted.

There aren't really any nearby grocery stores or gas stations (maybe within 10-15 miles)...so, it's quite peaceful here! Lots of good places to get out, stretch your legs, and see some real TN countryside. This is a beautiful area of middle TN!
Because it's right off the interstate, there is a lot of movement here...just people passing through for a night. And of course, the interstate can get loud sometimes, but it's not bad at all. There are plenty of chirping birds here to distract from the interstate noise.

That said, it's easy access / in and out off the Highway. We stayed here four nights because we needed to get ready for some boondocking and had a lot of cleaning, food prep, laundry, etc. to do. We would be happy to stay here again if passing through the area, but not likely for a long stay.

We stayed here twice as a stopover on our annual spring break trip to Florida this past April. I called to make reservations about a month in advance, speaking with the friendly owner. You couldn’t get any more easy access to the interstate - the place was easy to find and pull in. We arrived somewhat late in the evening both times we stayed, and the after-hours check-in process was simple and clear. Grounds were well maintained, sites were level. The environment was peaceful (except, of course, for the highway noise but that is obligatory given the supremely accessible location). Shower facilities were basic, but clean and tidy with plenty of hot water. The owners were hospitable and welcoming, and we found the other campers to be friendly as well. We felt safe and comfortable, and rested for the remainder of our journey. This will definitely be our spring break stopover from now on!

You can't get a more convenient location than this place, as evidenced by the number of people only staying one night. Which is a shame, because the grounds are lovely, the gravel sites are huge with a picnic table, the wifi is good, there is a great playground and lots of green space, and the people are really nice.

Wonderfully friendly Husband-Wife operated campground. Well-maintained. Exceptionally clean. Level gravel sites with basic cable, sewer, water. Virtually bug-free (in July!). Shower house features individual bathrooms. Strong WiFi signal throughout campground. There was a severe storm/tornado warning on the evening we stayed. The owner visited each campsite to make sure we knew of the warning and where we could take shelter if we wanted (the storm thankfully bypassed us). Campground is next to I-65, but the tree-line kept noise to a minimum (I didn’t hear anything from inside our rig). Worth noting: I forgot to show my Good Sam until after signing the credit card charge. The check-in receptionist was genuinely sorry that we missed the GS discount (it was, after all, my fault) and offered complimentary beverages to compensate. A great overnight stay!

Is now under new management and they’re completely rude. Reserved in the middle of the month for monthly rate and got told I was paying the monthly rate, the next month I went to pay middle of month same day we arrived. They had called me at the first of that month and asked if we’d be staying longer and I said yes add another month. She said okay she’ll put it in the system. So when I went to pay they had no information that we was extending but luckily they had another site open to move us to, but I informed the owner I had spoke to a lady on the phone and she said she’d put it in the system. Charged me a cheaper rate and went on. We’ll apparently my card is on auto pay, we’ll the next month on the 1st they charged it again. I went to the office and informed them that we wasn’t staying that month that I had already paid for the 2 months we was staying and then they decided to tell me since I showed up in the middle of the month I got charged a weekly rate instead of a monthly rate so they can’t fix it that they done charged the card. I asked the monthly rate and asked if they could just do two months stay and refund whatever is left over and she said they can’t cause I showed up in the middle of the month. So it’s not fair that they stole $2-300 from us and didn’t even bother to tell us we was being charged a weekly rate instead of monthly only because we showed up in the middle of the month instead of the first. My thoughts is they should charge monthly from whatever day you arrive. But I guess that’s how they get peoples money. We won’t be back.
To top it off site #24 and any surrounding sites flood during rain and you’ll be walking in ankle deep water for days. I kindly asked about having some gravel put down but they didn’t do it till a week after we moved sites.
