The management and owner of this place do not care about their business or their customers. We had a terrible accident at this campground over the summer where a tree crushed and totaled our camper van, thankfully none of our family was harmed. KOA immediately wiped their hands of this telling us they have nothing to do with it and we needed to deal with our insurance. They did not even feel the need to refund our stay. I would NEVER stay here again and suggest if you do, hopefully you have really good insurance.

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend 2023.
Pull-through 50 amp. water electric only. Site #B03
THE GOOD:
Sites: Spacious enough with grass and a fire ring.
Gas and restaurants: 1/2 mile from the entrance of the park for gas or fast food.
Nice setting: Farm land right behind the park.
Cell: Verizon is strong. AT&T is weak here.
THE BAD:
Showers: Old and a little bit of black mold around the faucet. Not the best experience. The doors are typical bathroom stalls without any lock. Shower curtain is your added privacy option.
WORTH NOTING (not good or terrible)
Sites: Our site was on a hill so not level at all and caused extra difficulty re-hitching up.

Great campground! Lots of shade, very well-kept. Workers friendly and helpful. Facilities clean and maintained. Laundry room excellent. Only a 30-minute drive into downtown St Louis to all the tourist attractions. Feels a world away though nestled into suburbia (safe). Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed just one night and that may be the source of our problems. It appears if you are a member of the club or stay longer you're offered a more level space. We were offered two spaces neither of which were level side to side or front to back. It appears they merely dumped gravel on grade with no effort to level the spaces at all. Space A10 is with feet of one of the off camber poorly maintained access roads. As we drove through the campground, it appeared the majority of the spaces were the same.
At this price point, I expected a nicer, more level, better maintained campground. We spent a single night in a competitor's campground in Memphis and will stay with that franchise again.
The campground's proximity to Six Flags is the only explanation why anyone would pay these prices for this location.
If this is indicative of KOA's campgrounds today, they have slipped quite a bit.

Decent place. Little store. Good pool and playground for kids. Sites were ok. Biggest issue was restrooms and showers. Seemed like the bathrooms didn't get great servicing. One shower the floor in the corner was full of dirt and hair that someone just kept missing. Toilet stall was messy one night.
30 minutes or more to Arch.

Lots of people, road noise and a train. Definitely worth the price for not having to find a spot and having a bathhouse.

As riots raged in our cities, friendliness and old time comraderie prevailed in this packed right place. Fresh air and automatic distancing let us know we were safe. The camp store was out of almost anything edible, as we are finding to be the case everywhere we camp. So stock up on snacks and drinks at the gas stations. Wear your masks.
