The park is quite nice. There are trees and there is some grass, so that made it kind of like an oasis. There are no picnic tables. The Wi-Fi is not great. The laundry facilities are clean and well kept. There is a little dog park. The one thing that seemed odd to us was that we had to share a sewer hookup. Also there are lots of speed bumps which are not great in an RV.

Not a lot in St John’s, nearly all the sites are full timers. Level gravel site, full hook ups. If, for some reason you are driving through the area and need an overnight, it’s a good place. The park host was super friendly and helpful.

No power at site, temp down to 22 deg. We picked an open site with power to set up and left message since no staff around until Monday. Showed Friday night.
One bathroom, no heat, needs work, no codes to enter - lucky the door sticky and left open….
Not our best site this trip…

Seems to be a lot of folks working and then some retirees that are up from the valley for the summer. There were only 2 sites that seemed to turn over during the week we were there. It is changing ownership 10/26/20. It was inexpensive $20 a night, $100 a week or $300 a month. Has a laundry facilities...half the washers and dryers were out of order.

Older place with mature trees and lots of long term RV's. Good for kids and dogs. Quiet at night. Looong sites, so be aware of the length of your electric cord and sewer hose. Laundry room. We stayed here several different times over a month. While having Solar put on our RV while we were Boondocking we needed a place to get water dump and do laundry. Nice quiet place fairly clean. A lot of full-time residence with dogs not on leashes that’s why I gave it four stars and not 5.
