Overall Rating

If you need to be in Guerrero Negro for internet or errands, this is the nicest option in town. It’s brand new, so some kinks are being worked out, but I could see it becoming 5 stars next time.

It’s a small park with a tight entrance so small vehicles are best. Cell coverage is Telcel which American carriers should roam on. Download/upload of 40mbps on cell. Wi-Fi is great close to the house and is about 30 mbps.

Feels nicer and safer than other parts of town.
New and attractive construction
Great owners/hosts
Beautiful plants
Great Wi-Fi and cell
Nice picnic bench to work at with umbrella

Cons
No hookups or dump
Hot water for shower has very little water pressure
Dirt lot tracks sand in easily
Tight entrance
