This park has four very deep lots that are full hook ups. We easily backed our 45' toy hauler into the spot. The place is not far off the main road, and surprisingly, the road noise couldn't be heard. Mostly just residents of the neighborhood. This park has four very deep lots that are full hook ups. We easily backed our 45' toy hauler into the spot. The place is not far off the main road, and surprisingly, the road noise couldn't be heard. Mostly just residents of the neighborhood. The price was good for full hookups at $40.00 a night, The only issue we had was the sewer was slightly higher off the ground and in the far back end of the RV. We used extensions to make it work and had to prop up the rear area. It worked out just fine, but it could be an issue?

Very nice 4 site camping area. Lots of shade and large grassy area to exercise the dog. FHU, new picnic table and fire ring. We stayed in site 4 which had the water and electric posts on the trailer entryway side, which was no big deal. Very clean and well maintained.

This is a good option for full hookup and level sites with easy access. Although it’s not lakefront it is close enough to get the cool breeze off the lake in August.

After a few nights in the crowded KOA in Mackinaw City, this little gem is exactly what we needed! After a few nights in the crowded KOA in Mackinaw City, this little gem is exactly what we needed! Four level, hard base, sites with large green space in between. 30 amp FHUs with easy access to all utilities. Beautifully maintained with old growth trees and plenty of play space in the back. Back in right off the street in a quiet residential area two blocks from the lake. Satellite connected in Space 3, but not in Space 2. Quiet and dark, we loved our time here! Picnic table and fire ring at each site. Trash can at the front.
Owner is not on site but reachable every time I reached out. Prior to arrival he sent a great list of places to see and eat and visit from a local's perspective. We were pleased with all we tried!

Our first time visiting the UP couldn't have been easier. While this four-site campground is really just a big open lot with four full-hookup sites, it was just what we needed for a home base while exploring the north coast of MI. Nice neighbors and an attentive host were a bonus.
