Arrived after midnight, plenty of space. A few other RVs around with slides out and trucks had generators running so we ran ours.
Easy in & out

Rest Area with clean restrooms. Busy during day, quiet at night. Smaller than most on expressways.

Wide open, plenty of room, clean, new(er) asphalt, and nice views. The truckers seem to gravitate mostly on the south end, keep driving past the bathrooms to the north end and pick your spot. The periodic trains passing through was the only bummer. I'd definitely stay here again.

Got to Capulin Volcano when it was closing and needed a place to overnight. This was perfect; spacious, quiet, dumpster available, and even picnic pavilions. Great Verizon signal too!

Easy to get to. Plenty of space. Go towards the end, the front mostly has trucks. There is a water hook up but you need a long hose. Level area. You can hear some of the street noise but it’s not bad.

The trucks grouped at the south end whereas the north end, near the dumpsters, was empty, large and level-ish. AT&T clocked in at 60-80 down & 19 up. Only OTA channels were 3 crisp PBS stations.

Lots of space for parking.
Easy access from the highway.
Dumpsters available for trash.
Since it's not far from the highway and there aren't many trees, highway noise can be a bit of an issue depending on where you park (closer or further from the road).
The area can get high winds (again, no trees), so your RV likely will rock a bit if you don't deploy stabilizer jacks.
Ran my generator for a couple of hours without any issues / complaints.
There also was a building that seemed to have restrooms, but I did not check it out.
