We arrived late but were happy to find a spot, mostly long term people. Owner was really rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. Maybe she was having a bad day. Or maybe every day is a bad day, I don’t know. I doubt I will stay here next time due to how we were treated.

Our particular site had tar or some sealant in places that was so thick, we worried that our dog would get it stuck on her paws in the heat. Not all the sites had this problem but I'm pretty sure I saw the same issue at least a couple other places within the park.
Although our site (and perhaps all sites) was a pull-through, it still required some back-and-forth maneuvering because the rows are so close together that it is hard to swing wide enough to line up correctly on the first try. That was my experience for our particular site, in any case.
They have two fenced dog areas but so many people didn't pick up after their dogs that the areas became nearly unusable at times. I'm pretty sure the staff picked it up regularly but they couldn't keep up with the inconsiderate campers, apparently. The other dog area is simply the far end of their RV storage area. For us, this was a way better option than the fenced areas.
As others have said, the restrooms, showers, and laundry areas were kept pristine. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it.
I'd stay here again if I was in the area but would certainly consider other options.
Da would stay here again

Although it is a bit packed, the orderliness, cleanliness make up for it. It was very quiet. The showers and toilets were exceptionally clean. Also the receptionist was very gracious at giving instructions if we were to arrive late.

A typical "pack them in like sardines park." Having said that I give it 4 stars because the front desk person was very friendly and helpful. Bathroom was immaculate. Laundry open 24 hours was clean and not expensive. An excellent Park for big rigs.

Just a parking lot, not even a picnic table. But it is clean and quiet. Pricey, next time we will stay at a casino.

We stayed here for one night as we headed north. Christine at the front desk was very helpful. The park is clean with good dedicated dog spaces. There are a good number of full-timers but all rigs looked well cared for. The spaces are mostly drive through and fairly close together but for our purposes it was just fine. We would stay again for one or two nights if we were to pass through Reno.

CONNIE ALLOWED POTENTIAL PEDOPHILES TO ENTER SHOWERS WITH MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER INSIDE. Connie, the manager, knowingly allowed potential pedophiles to go into the shower area while my 14 year autistic daughter was in there with nothing but a shower curtain for her safety and privacy. You can't even lock the door. Creepers were allowed to ignore the posted hours and enter the facilities. When my daughter came home crying and upset, luckily she wasn't raped or abducted, I talked to Connie about it. She treated me like we had done something wrong and there was nothing wrong with these perverts going in there and ignoring the posted hours. There is a camera, all Connie had to do was talk to the creepers who were doing this. Their wiring fried my RV and I'm lucky it didn't start a fire with me, my little girl and my fur babies inside. They blamed me and offered to fix my RV, for a price. The rude, condescending and snide park manager claimed I used too many space heaters, but my $29 monthly electric bill proved otherwise. I only own one space heater that I rarely use. The heat in my RV is propane fueled. Not only did the park manager not apologize, but they even threatened to charge me if it happened again. The day after I posted this review Connie kicked me and my autistic 14 year old daughter out of the park during the COVID19 pandemic despite never having been late paying my rent. Keep your children safe by staying away from the perverts in this place.

Me & my husband rented a monthly space and was accused of stealing free candy off the desk counter in the office when there wasn't even any candy out yet for the holiday then when we went to check out at the end of the month my cat had jumped out while we where loading stuff up (we did not know he had escaped) and we pulled in to my brothers home about 5 miles down the road, reliezed my cat was missing and went back to Shamrock Park to find him & was told by the managers (the male one who rides in the golfcart) that we had 5 mintunes to find him or leave without him or they would call the cops.Total animal haters and very prejudice people especially if you are not white or are married to another race. The owner should really check what goes on as far as how his/her company is being ran,how poorly guests are treated by his management and they need to be FIRED right away because they ruin this park.
