Another COE park explored. Camp host at check-in was great. Site had a great view, was long enough for our motorhome & tow, did slope forward (but we had no trouble leveling). Beautiful park, will stay here again. We camped at Seven Points Campground in a Motorhome.

We stayed for 5-days (October 7-11) and hated to leave. The camp hosts were kind and welcoming (as is everyone we have encountered in Tennessee). This campground is approximately 25-minutes from downtown Nashville (traffic accounted for). The lake offers water activities and fishing. If you travel with children, there is a very nice beach area and playground for the kiddos. I did not use the bathroom/shower facilities but popped my head in (they appeared very clean). Cannot say enough good things about Seven Points. I highly recommend.

*there are buddy sites - back in sites that share a common long drive then fork near the pads. There isn’t a ton of space between those sites. Perfect if your camping with friends. Maybe a bit too close if you don’t know your neighbors. However, we’ve stayed at private parks that were much tighter.

We had 30amp electric and water at our site and there is a dump station. Nashville is 30 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice big sites, plenty of space between campsites, and beautiful views. Don’t think twice! But also don’t come early. Check in time is real.

Excellent Nashville Basecamp... very good CoE park. Only 60 sites and all appear to be pretty good (some more level than others). Some excellent sites. Especially the lakeside sites. A little scary for those with taller rigs coming in on the roads from I-40 because of the trees and power lines across the roads. Very little clearance but our rig (a little under 13') made it. Very nice hosts who do excellent job of keeping the park and sites nice. A little noise from the nearby airport and boats on the lake.

Outstanding location and scenery. Very well maintained camp sites. Hard to get reservations, and alot of people have to move to other sites to extend their stay, but no one seems to mind. Showers are clean, no stools to sit on in the stalls, but a bench in the sink area.
Lots of trees and grass.
Airplane noise but not bad.

All camp sites are very spacious with electric and water hookups. We had site 39 which was well shaded and also a fabulous lake view. The bath house was very clean with ample hot water for showers. Truly the best Corp of Engineer campground we have stayed in.

Do not arrive before 3PM or you will be forced to turn around in their tiny sewer dump station and sent out of the park. There is a strict 3PM check in enforced.
