It’s also a few miles down a small road that has no turnaround area if you were to miss the campground. Our site was easy enough to get into but more dirt than sand or gravel and was a dusty mess. Only had 30amp service which couldn’t keep up with the heat when we were there. Friendly staff and did have a nice creek area with a swimming spot.

This is the closest RV park to Sequoia if you have an bigger rig or trailer. We managed to squeeze our 45 ft. Motorhome into the park even with the narrow and sloped entryway. Not to mention the small bridge but, no worries. Our rig is 30 tons and we made it. The sites all all gravel; some can accommodate the big rigs, but you have to ask. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Nearby river and "sink hole" provide the escape from the summer heat. It was over 100 degrees when we visited but there was some shade trees, which helped. Negatives are: the price ($70), electric hookup (30A), gravel, small sites, no amenities.
Positives: Great host; closeness to the NP. We camped at Sequoia RV Ranch in a Motorhome.

Dry camp sites are big with lots of space from your neighbors, fire pits and picnic tables for each nestled in oak and walnut trees. The full hook up sites are right by the river which was really flowing thanks to resent rains in California.
Easy access to the park just 10 minutes to the south entrance and we enjoyed visiting the towns coffee shop, brewery and pizza place. Other reviews commented on the noise from the residence in the mobile park next to the RV park but we didn't hear or see anyone most of the time we were there. Staff was really friendly and we would stay again.

Neighbors behind these sites are kind of crazy, noisy and have barking dogs running around. Campground sites are rather tight along the river but we didn't have anyone too close to us. The little village of Three Rivers is cute. We drove to Sequoia National Park from here. I think this park is very expensive for what it is but it's all about location.

The site has minimal shade that let the batteries recharge completely each day. The potable water spigot is towards the front near the large campground information sign. The dump station is way in back in front of a site on the river. My wife gave the laundry room a thumbs up. The wi-fi is excellent. Very strong and consistent which was welcome as there was zero cell service. The only noise we encountered was a group who waited until after the office closed to entertain the entire park with music. Their trailer was a Solitude and was camped 2 sites down from a large No Loud Music sign. Go figure! Three Rivers appears to have a lot to offer in terms of restaurants. We used the well stocked market south of the campground. The southwest entrance to Sequoia is an easy drive, but the drive in the park is not. Be prepared for many curves and switchbacks. You will not make any time. Getting to Kings Canyon is a challenge. None of the routes are good. If I had it to do over again, I would move to somewhere near 180 to avoid that drive. It was 178 miles round trip from the campground to Muirs Rock.

Cons: Our spot backed up to the mobile home neighborhood and our neighbor was quite obnoxious and loud. His dog was running loose pretty much all day, and he was not a friendly dog. We were also next to the storage area which was a bit of an eyesore. Would be nice if they put a fence around that. There were lots of families and large group gatherings so it was pretty noisy especially on weekends. Be careful which spot you're booking...some are in weird locations (i.e. right next to the dump station).
Didn't use the bathrooms or laundry.

Very close to the park gates of sequoia. Exactly the kind of place we were looking for.

Close to Sequoia NP and a small town with a few little shops and restaurants. Felt more like camping then an RV park and that’s what we wanted. Nothing fancy about it but it was perfect. Hookups were good. On a little river with a nice little swimming hole. Perfect place for a family trip.
