“Beautiful Location”

• Beautiful location, right on the water. (Northumberland Strait).
• Very long and level site. Could have easily parked 4 of my RV’s in the site.
• Mostly seasonal campers, but they are not an issue.
• Staff is great.
• Showers are clean and spacious, currently under renovation, but still functional.
• Showers cost 50 cents, no shortage of hot water.
• WIFI was poor, even my Rogers Hot Spot was slow here.
• No TV, not even air channels.

What an amazing, find on the shores in Nova Scotia! We took a chance on our way to Cape Breton. This place is gorgeous! We went swimming in the water, although unfortunately global warming has changed this place. Local who stay here said years ago it was a totally sandy beach and cold water. Now it's warm water which has brought hurricanes like they have never had. It's made it a rocky beach and several trailers destroyed.

Even though it's rocky, it's easily navigated with water shoes. There are a couple of sandy spots. All the rv spots have water/sewer/electric, newer picnic tables and fire pit 30 amp. Showers are $.50 and laundry is $2.50 each. They have an outdoor shower by the beach to rinse off.

They have a pretty well stocked store with fresh meat from a local butcher and ice cream!!!

Sometimes the seasonals party on the weekends, quiet time is 12am. That didn't bother us though.

Go to the lavender farm and Tatamagouche brewery!

Had decent Verizon coverage here.
