“Weirdest Provincial Campground Ever ”

Reviewed 6/27/2024

Overall Rating

This campground is beautiful. Right on the ocean so obviously it amazing. The camp ground is very well maintained with grass fields, paths to a sandy beach, and full showers.

But it feels a little like you’re micro managed. You have check in with the Ranger office every time you come in for them to open the gate. You’re can only have a fire between certain times. The rangers drive into your camp first thing in the morning and check your site and fire pit. They have a couple washrooms closed off so everyone has to walk to just one building to take a shower or use a toilet that not a pit toilet. Basically it just seems like there’s a lot of weird rules.

Besides these things it is a nice campground. If you can try to get sites 7,8,10 in Loop A. You’ll love the view in the morning.
