Instead of being the usual side-by-side parking arrangement, the park managed to create many cozy spots all around a small hill or so. While there is a large flat area at the entrance that entails a lot of campers that seem more packed in, the Yucca area was much more conducive to privacy and comfort.
Full hookups here. It was a great place to stay to go out and enjoy Santa Fe and it's many art galleries, hiking trails, and good food.

We stayed here for 7 nights. The entrance to the campground is secured by a gate that's closed overnight; the key code for opening the gate is included in the reservation email. Oddly there are no signs directing you to the office: just keeping driving down the main concrete road and pull up alongside the office building along the right side to check in.
With the exception of 4 pull-through sites along the right side of the main road, the campground is roughly divided into two sections: a loop of back-in sites on a road that starts behind the office building, and several row of sites to the left/north of the main road (7 pull-through rows with one back-in row at the west end of the campground). All of the roads besides the main central road are gravel, as are the site pads of each site. Every site has a concrete patio of some shape and size on the door side of site, usually bordered by brick-like paving stones, with a small cafe-sized metal table and two chairs. Some sites that have a great view overlooking Santa Fe on the other side of the RV have an additional patio or seating area.
We stayed in the north section in one of the pull-through rows. The rows slope downhill so the sites are terraced in order to make them level, although we still ended up putting two boards under the downhill (driver) camper tires in our site (site D-18). In addition to the terracing, these sites are also separated by strips of landscaping, either grass or flowers. There are a number of shade-providing trees within the campground but all the sites seem to have a pretty good view of the sky.
Most of the amenities are located in and around the large office building. On the north side of the building are the entrances to the decent-sized laundry room and the men's and women's bathroom. The door on the west side of the building gives you access to the office, the souvenir and RV equipment store, and a lounge area with a floor suitable for dancing (they had an Intro to Tango class one night during our stay). Behind the office is a huge outdoor seating area suitable for a restaurant, but there's no on-site restaurant that I'm aware of. Across the street from the office building is the propane refill station, and there's a dump station along the northern edge of the park.
They have a huge enclosed dog park between the sets of solar panels on the southwest end of the campground, with a single entrance gate and a dirt and mulch surface. Other than a short strand of string lights along a section of fence, the dog park has no dedicated lighting, so bring a flashlight. You can also walk your dogs on-leash along the dirt walking trail that circles the campground.
Artwork made mostly of metal is scattered throughout the campground and along the walking trail. Some art pieces are illuminated with tiny lights during the night, creating a sense of whimsey. The campground also has a collection of old motor vehicles and other machinery, most of it located in the northeast corner of the park. Some of machinery and art pieces are named and explained, while others are not. The campground is elevated enough that you have great views of southern Santa Fe and the surrounding mountains to the east and southwest.
In terms of cell service, the best speed I saw on my Verizon Jetpack with MIMO antenna was 136 Mbps down and 34 up, so I had no trouble working or streaming video. The best speed I saw on my AT&T smartphone with 5G was 174 down and 32 up. The speed test I did on the campground WiFi showed 6 down and 3 up.
Entertaining children could be a challenge here, as there was no pool or playground.
This was a very cool campground; we would definitely stay here again.

Location is on south side of Sante Fe, nevertheless the location was easy to move around from. Santa Fe Brewing Company headquarters are less than a mile away. Great venue, indoor bar looks historic & outdoors the garden seating & activities abound. Be sure to try Fusion Tacos, their Al pastor anything is delish, as are the fresh made chips & salsa! Sat & Sun not as busy as Fri when it’s got a lot going on.
Easy to explore all of Santa Fe from this spot! Super Walmart very close & we replenished supplies here. Happy travels🌵

Easy to get to and navigate the park. Reception was so friendly and helpful with suggestions for food and entertainment. The site is gravel with about 3" leveling required on the drivers side. Each sight has a small cement pad with café table and chairs, no grill or fire ring. The laundry, restrooms, and showers are in excellent condition and very clean. There is a small dog park and a 3/4 mile walk path around the campground. I can't say enough good things about Santa Fe Skies: The staff is the friendliest. The location with all the cultural and natural beauty in and around Santa Fe NM. The well maintained campground. If you are in Santa Fe for a long or short stay this is the place to go.

There is a .75mi well maintained gravel walking path around the park perimeter, and someone invested a lot of time by installing fun metal sculptures alongside. There is quite a collection of antique tractors and vehicles.

Back-in 50 amp FHU with concrete patio, gravel site. Site #21 backup up to nice view and hiking path.
THE GOOD:
Gated: Gated park with a gate code.
Sites: Well maintained and spacious sites. The site was gravel with a concrete slab for the patio area.
Location: Just outside of town. 5 min from Love's gas and 10 min from town. 40 min to Pecos NM and just over an hour to Bandelier NM.
Staff: Very nice folks and happy to help.
Walking path: There is a great dirt walking path around the perimeter of the park. Along the path, each site that connects to it has their own direct (maybe call it private) path leading to their site.
THE BAD:
Nothing comes to mind.
WORTH NOTING (not good or terrible)
Restrooms and Showers: Did not use but was told they were nice.

We loved this campground. There Is a lovely Walking Trail as well as a great dog park. Greg was super helpful showing us how to get to & park our rv in Santa Fe. The layout allows for lots of trees and there are wonderful metal sculptures throughout and old cars and tractors for kids to climb on. We’ll be back.
