I called the listed number 3-4 times over the course of a week and never could get a hold of anyone. I left multiple messages and requested a call back regarding a site for 3-5 days. No response. I don’t know if the person who deals with this was maybe out of the office at that time or if they’re no longer allowing camping here. I didn’t want to chance showing up in person and getting the same response so I stayed at the casino just north of Santa Fe, which is run by very nice people. No hookups, but I have solar and don’t really need them. Also, it was free!

We spent 3 nights here while checking out Santa Fe and also driving up to Taos, Angel Fire and Red River. Pretty quiet and you can’t beat the price! 30 amp electrical plus water and sewer.

Okay, so it's not landscaped, but it's great to be in-town and not break the bank ($25/night + weekly & monthly rates). There is OTA TV available if you have an amplified antenna. Many RVers coming and going with 1-2 night stays and a few long-term.
When the rodeo grounds has events, generally, all RV's must leave to make room for the event participants, so if staying more than a few days, be sure to check in with the rodeo staff on the must-depart date. Dog friendly as long as there are no horses around, and for sure don't let your dog harass any livestock in pens. Sometimes the rodeo hosts concerts, if so, usually on Sundays which are super loud, but reliably end at 10pm sharp.
You DO need to have a reservation since there are limited spots. There might not be anyone there to point you to your spot (not numbered), usually take any of the spots on the east side of the arena (side where gate is located). That said, it is possible to just drop in, but be prepared to have to dry camp (if no hookup sites available) or be turned away. If you get to the gate and the grounds have many horse trailers, there may be an event and so no availability of any kind. The spots are not laid out perfectly, nor are there curbs/barriers between, and so you might end up in a skinny spot.
Generally, the rodeo's bathrooms are not available to RV'ers and there are no showers.
Just east of the Rodeo grounds is the GCC - community center with pool, full workout center, indoor track, etc., which has daily $ entry (with showers of course).

The price is right, considering the other options in Santa Fe. Use Paseo de los Pueblos (not Richards Rd), the gate you need is straight ahead. You'll need to call ahead to get confirmation that a spot is available (sites are not reservable) and to get the gate code for entry... there are fhu sites on both sides of the arena (horse paddocks in between) and a large area for dry camping. Pay for your spot using an envelope you'll find in the PRCA building and drop it in the metal box on the wall (cash or checks, not sure about credit cards).
Water and electric are at the back of the spots and in between. The rodeo grounds bathrooms were open while we were there, but I don't know if there were showers. Lots of goatheads and if it rains, no shortage of slippery adobe mud between the gate and the spots, but overall, a good less expensive option for exploring Santa Fe and surrounding area.

Parking is on gravel and level. Full service. All connections are at the back of the site. You have to phone ahead to get the code for the gate. We came in on Rodeo Rd and turned at the lights at Pso de Los Pueblos Rd. No OTA tv. Good cell service. Quiet during the night. We would stay again.

Not on any of the mainstream rv apps. Not the Taj Mahal campground as it is Fairgrounds. Bring flystrips:) Host is excellent. I am safe being solo with a gate with code. My 60 ft could spin donuts with the room. Grounds are solid. Views are as far as your vision can see. 1 mile from Total Wine and every business possible. Horses and fairground environments so riding my Goldwing tomorrow is going to be winding mtn roads all over. Life is Good! Wifi is weak is the only negative, but buy a $45 Netgear WIFI extender!!! Works beautifully to make a weak signal STRONG.

But cow dung is everywhere. Not too far from downtown. The manager is a super nice man. Call him and he will give you the gate code.
