Full hookups, tiny space but cheap. Well manicured. However, SIX trains throughout the night meant no sleep.

We are staying here for the winter. I’m not 55 but my husband is over 55. Older park, lots of long term residents. Plenty available spots open for either short or long term guests. We are staying here for the winter. I’m not 55 but my husband is over 55. Older park, lots of long term residents. Plenty available spots open for either short or long term guests. While this park is not perfect, you can tell they are taking steps to improve the park. Very quiet, friendly residents. They are advertising that they are building a community pool in 2024.
I would say the only downside I see so far is that the train goes by several time a day. Not a deal breaker for me.

Overall Rating
Nice park. 22 bucks a night with passport America discount. Clean. Staff helpful. Mostly permanent residents. Says 55+. The didn't ask my age over the phone or in person....im 48....and I don't think I look old.....lol. would stay again.
