We booked an RV site at this park for a single night the day before check-in back in November 2023. They were able to accommodate us at an un-booked accessible site. Since it was an accessible site, it was large, level and paved. It appears that most other sites were gravel.
It seemed like the previous occupant of our site had some trouble while dumping their tanks and had left a bit of a mess (just paper) on the concrete slab near the sewer port. I called the office and someone came right out to check it out. He said he'd be back with some supplies to clean it up, but he didn't return.
The campground was pretty full and there were many people out grilling and enjoying the fire pits with friends and family...it had a good "camping trip" vibe.
Our site had full hookups with 30/50A service and we had no issues with any of the utilities.
The staff was friendly and the park looked well-maintained. It's located within 10 minutes of gas stations and restaurants. We were only passing through for one night, so we didn't explore the area or the rest of the park.
Cell service was adequate for streaming TV and checking emails, etc.
Overall a good overnight stop and we would stay here again if passing through.

I broke my arm (on property) while staying there, and needed to extend my stay for surgery & 2 weeks of recovery to put my arm back together. Forest Lake had no sympathy for me, and simply said they were full. They forced me to leave with a broken arm and surgery due immediately. This caused me to move to a park for the next 2 weeks at a cost of $900. Packing up and moving with a freshly broken arm is VERY DIFFICULT & PAINFUL!
They have vacant sites! But, none that I was allowed to use. At least one vacant sight was an annual lease site where the management chose to move them to another spot instead, because the electricity had a problem. And, this electrical issue has existed for many weeks (according to other guests), and no estimated repair date. So, that means the management chose to burn 2 sites for an annual lease customer instead of repair the electricity. If management was keeping up with maintenance, then there would have been a spot for me to stay, instead of being forced out despite me having a medical emergency, as well as costing me $900 for a new campsite . Their choice of neglectful maintenance has reduced their membership capacity and left me in an extremely difficult situation. I wonder if they are not violating a TT corporate policy by taking away a membership spot by a non-member for a such long period of time.

Arrival was super easy, the front desk had my site info ready and it only took a couple minutes to get checked in. We had site 51, which is a premium site on the corner. The roads are slightly narrow and a lot of residents seem to park on the side of their lots, so navigating through was difficult at times.
Backing into our site was slightly challenging as there's a street sign on the edge and the site was elevated a bit. They have you park on the grass next to the concrete pad and use the pad as a patio. All in all it worked well but leveling was a battle as the rig settled on the grass over time.
Once in though we really liked the site. Easy to get to Tamp and the main shopping areas were far from the Campground. There is an active train route that you hear often at night, but it wasnt too bad. Electric was far from the other hookups so needed an extension cord to make it. There is no secondary 15/20amp plug on the electric.
Onsite, they have a gorgeous pool area, well kept grounds and a nice rec hall with pool tables and such. All in all we had a great stay and would come back again in the future!

Zephyrhills is also know as the headquarters of the Zephyrhills bottled water company. During our stay in Zephyrhills Florida we stayed at Forest Lake Village RV Resort, part of the Trails Collection under the Thousand Trails Umbrella. Verizon cellular service clocked in at 121.0 Mbps download speed and 40.2 Mbps upload speed. AT&T cellular service clocked in at 315.0 Mbps download speed and 52.8 Mbps upload speed. A speed test for T-Mobile failed due to poor connectivity.

We enjoyed this park, it felt like a majority of the park was seasonal folks snow birding or year-round residents. Our site was on the main entrance road, Hockey Ln. More cars than the side roads of the park and many people were driving too fast, IMHO. Roads are narrow, but never saw anyone quit or "not fit".
The area is great and growing. Everything you want and more is in town and you're not too far from Wesly Chapel (30 minutes) and more Tampa area amenities like Costco etc. if so desired.
We were able to use the tennis / pickle ball courts and really nice miniature golf course in the adjacent property (also owned be ELS), which was in walking distance. No playground.
Both T Mobile and Verizon worked for remote working.

This park is a combination of mobile homes and spots for RVs. Majority of the sites seem to be permanent residents. Majority of the sites are kept neat, but some sites were a bit unsightly. While the roads are narrow, backing into a site should not be a problem if you are experienced. This was the first time in a long time that we watched so many people struggle to get into their sites.
Site 230 was on grass and had a concrete patio next to it. It wasn’t the most level, and required blocks under front wheels. Sewer was on proper side for all sites. Sites either had electric or water on correct side and the other hook up on the camp side. Our site we had to run a hose to our water, but the campers next to us had to run their electric cords to camp side. While the map shows the sites as standard 30/50 amp, they are not both. Site 230 was 30 amp only.
The pool was closed during our stay. They were resurfacing the pool and the pool deck. It is supposed to open up towards the end of the month. Trash is collected twice a week (Tuesday and Friday). You just put your trash bag near the road at your site and they pick it up. The problem with that is some people have bags of trash near the curb for days. We did find average size trash cans near the office that were overflowing on a Sunday.
There is a nearby train, so if that bothers you this may not be the park for you. Verizon signal was adequate to call, text, search the internet, and stream videos. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

What a wonderful RV part/resort, with wonderful green landscaped lawns, concrete pads. great pool and hot tub, as well as other games, and large clean club house. Due to coronavirus the clubhouse was closed but the pool was set up for every two hours cleaning, and was open to members/guest. The staff was helpful, and the members who reside there are very friendly. Close to grocery stores, and only 30 minutes to several major shopping areas.
The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the lack of an RV restroom/showers. There is only one restroom with only one stall, located at the pool. And this would be a problem for smaller campers, or popups. Also worth noting is train tracks run within 200 yards of the RV park, but this track is not heavily used.
