They’re open until 10pm with a grill for hot food, changing rooms with (hot only) showers and a gift shop. There is table seating in the shade and Adirondack chairs around the 98 degree pool. We inflated our inner tubes and floated.
The RV park was okay- campsite #2 was muddy and buggy. The showers were coin-operated. It was better than your average overnight because of the pool.

WOW! This campground was not what we were expecting given the name on Campendium; however, we were thoroughly surprised by the oasis in the desert! This campground is located 30-40 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes and is a true hot springs oasis for the community! We stayed 2 nights in the RV sites, then, moved over to their dry camping sites to stay longer. This campground has a kid friendly natural hot springs swimming pool AND an adults only greenhouse hot springs area with bar (food and drinks) completely isolated from the kids! The Greenhouse holds 4 hot springs pools of various temperatures and a great bar that stays open from 8am to 10pm. There is also fish feeding ponds on the property for afternoon strolls. Cellular reception was 3-5 bars (Verizon). Full laundry facility, showers, and dump station available (even for those just passing through).
We really enjoyed our stay here! Justin the manager is awesome and truly took care of us while we were there.

We arrived to an empty campground at the end of November. The prices were reasonable and the hot spring pools were an amazing feature. I’m not sure how people are only rating this place 4 stars because it checked all the boxes for us and our family during our 3 day stay. We took advantage of everything they offered (food, laundry, showers, pools, etc) except we dry docked. The views are a HUGE bonus.

Really only booked for the convenience near great sand dunes and the showers. It was relatively convenient but neither shower worked. After using up many quarters sent staff an email and called and left a message, neither of which they ever responded to. Also, there was a car partially blocking the road at the entrance and something seemed odd around the park. Spend your time somewhere else if you can.

Site was level with water & electric only (even though they said it was full hookup). Dump on site. They only have 10 of these sites and lots of dry spots in the back. Very close to Great Sand Dunes National Park. Can get very windy here. We’d definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. The pool is great for kids. My kids would not get out of the pool all day. It’s warm water and they have a small slide, baby pool, and hot tub. If you don’t have kids, they also have a 21+ year old greenhouse with hot tubs and a small bar. It was fantastic!

We really enjoyed this as a destination getaway during winter on our trip south. The Sand Dunes were covered in snow, but we got to spend lots of time in the Greenhouse hot springs with great drinks and food. We would absolutely come back here again.
