Beautifully manicured Park! All the amenities were fantastic. There’s a dog park a small fishing pond, beautifully manicured grounds for walking and very reasonably priced!

The staff were so nice and bathroom and grounds were very clean. Downside is it’s off the highway so there is traffic noise but still give 5 stars for all the other good things about it.

Excellent Stay. The Kids So Much Fun. There Are Playground, Doggy Park For Pets. Love The Caretaker There. She Gave Our Kids A Ride On Her Golf Cart.

Arrived late night and it was easy to find my space and enough lighting to install the bathrooms are the best kept I have ever seen clean and well-maintained

We spent an evening here as a midway point between Houston, Tx & Branson, Mo. The staff was incredibly friendly & accommodating. The campground was clean and well kept as well. We used our ATT cellphone as a hotspot and had no issue streaming data. The Lowe’s fuel stop was just a block away as well. Super convenient and fair pr... more

I stopped here for overnight stay on my way up to Missouri, and the again on the trip back down to Texas. Every time I dealt with anyone via phone or email they were super helpful and so nice. I stopped here for overnight stay on my way up to Missouri, and the again on the trip back down to Texas. Every time I dealt with anyone via phone or email they were super helpful and so nice.
Wonderful stop during the summer heat in Texas, with a really clean and safe feeling showers and bathrooms.
Good space to walk dogs and they have lots of grass to smell and play around in.
Will definitely save this for regular trips going through this area.

Overall Rating
Very nice small park just south of Texarkana. Just off Hwy 59, so a little road noise but not enough to bother us. Looked new. Only had a few other campers there. Very clean. Relaxing atmosphere with a small pond and cattle grazing nearby. Would definitely stay here again.
