All sites paved with grass between. Bathroom, showers, and laundry are brand new and very fancy. Small cafe on site but it wasn't open while I was there.

Newer campground with paved roads & sites. Majority of sites are pull-thru with some back-in.
There is adequate space between sites but disappointed how un-level they were for being paved. We stayed on a weekly rate which includes the 7th night free.
Views are excellent & park is far enough away from I-15 not to cause any noise issues but it does run parallel to the state highway which can be noisy.
Mail/packages are allowed to be sent here however, be aware USPS does NOT deliver here as the park has a PO box. You must pick up your items at the PO in Nephi which is only a few minutes away.
A number of services are available in Nephi including a Pilot & Maverick. There is a cafe located on-site that is open for breakfast/lunch with the exception of Sunday’s.

Wide, level gravel RV pads with grass strips between sites. Most sites are pull-through, but one row is all back-in sites for a few dollars less. Being a new RV park, the trees & shrubs are still very small. When I called to inquire about an open site for the night I got an answering machine, but my call was returned right away.

Friendly & helpful making reservations. Stayed only one night as we passed through. We liked how wide the space wwas and pull thru fit our 54’ setup.
Light sleepers beware, you do hear the train, another just passed at 1230! I like the sound off in the distance, it’s not rattling the rig or anything.

Rollin Home RV Park
Nephi, UT
Site #10, PT, FHU, 1nt.
Pros:
Long wide Pullthrough, with grass dividers. 2 service centers to pick from make setting up easy.
Beautiful views if you pick your spot wisely. (So office isn't out your back window instead of the mountains).
Clean laundry room.
Office staff very nice.
Yummy gourmet sweets for sale in the office/store.
Visible & ATT both strong signals.
OTA channels good. Plenty of them & good reception.
No issues with power.
Picnic tables.
Cons:
WIFI spotty. Bounced in/out a bit.
Water pressure high, use regulator.
No pool or playground if you need to entertain kids.
No shade trees.
Some noise from the trucks in the morning & afternoon.
Overall a very nice newer park & a welcome break before pushing through SLC. We would use them again when in the area.
TIP:
#1: Watch your GPS!
Our Garmin RV890 had us coming in from the South end of Four Mile rd.... only it completely missed the turn ONTO Four Mile (it's just past the refinery). The road has no street sign, no rv park sign etc & said we were still 2m to the turn. Had us going off the asphalt onto gravel, up the mountain a bit to the Four Mile Hunting Club. We got turned around in a parts yard & a local was kind enough to get us back on track. NOT the parks fault, just a caution that both Garmin. & Waze had no idea where we were.
#2: The pullthroughs by the office, the road to get to them has a tight right turn & is narrow. It sets you up nicely to pull out the gate in the morning, but might be a problem for a bigger rig if you don't realize it in time. We're only 34' & it was a tight turn for us. If you're a triple axle, or over 40' you might want to look at the Pull-throughs in the 2nd section.

Just a one night stop. Super new and nice clean place, just stop for a night while passing thru. Pull thru long enough so we don't have to unhook truck and trailer.

We stayed in site 1 on our way north in October 2021. They have only been in business for a year, but have a great setup. Sites are level with FHUs and dual sewer, pull-thrus. Great WiFi reception and lots of grass between sites and surrounding area. Good easy stop off of I15 with clean laundry and propane available.

We stayed here for a month April to May. Stayed in Site 10 which is literally right in front of the laundry / showers / bathrooms making it the ideal spot for us since we use all 3. Clean park. Long pull through sites. Over flow gravel parking as well. We used the fire pit multiple times and the walking trail almost daily. It was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Both of us work full time from our camper so having fast wi-fi was a must. We were very happy with the connectivity of wi-fi which is connected through our pep-wave router, but uses AT&T. I’m not sure about Verizon or T-Mobile. Beautiful area.

They have really fast Park WiFI. They have a community Fire Pit and is is close to Fuel and Grocery. Easy on and off highway, but without the noise. They also have really long pull through sites nicely spaced with dual sewer hookups. Easy online booking.
