Overall Rating
If you want to visit Fort Larned and the Santa Fe Trail Center this is about your only option. However the desk guy would only accept cash and wrote the receipt on a yellow pad. Draw your own conclusion. Although there is "rodeway guest" wifi you are not allowed to use it.
There is some plant across the road that starts a loud whine before 8 and runs until after 5, never stopping.
The only positive is Santa Fe Trail proximity, but this place is definitely not worth $35.

Overall Rating
This RV park is just a level, gravel-surfaced truck park with 12 side-by-side, FHU RV parking spaces added down the center. It is located next door to, and managed by, the Rodeway Inn. No trees, no landscaping, no shade, no pool, no playground, no fence, and no other "RV park" amenities. However, RVers can use the restroom inside the motel and there is free coffee and buffet breakfast in the morning. It was convenient for a single-night stay on the way to other places, including our stop at Ft. Larned National Historical Site a few miles west of town.
