There is so much space here. We had no problem selecting a spot. Dry flat and not quite as rocky as a couple other Boondocking roads. Probably fill up in January.
But it was very windy and th kept the temps down.

Stayed there for 12 days. Level ground, hardpacked gravel. So far no mice or other critters. Enough space for everyone. No facilities. Windy at times. I prefer it over la posa ltva. Would come again. Cell reception is ok with t mobile.

Stayed here for a Grand Design rally. Nice quiet area with good road in. Plenty of level spots.
Only downsides are the high prices in Quartzsite, steady strong wind and poor Verizon coverage.

I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked about ½ mile from the entrance to get away from road noise. The area is very flat and easy for large rigs to navigate. Lots of fire rings have been built by prior occupants. Had 2 bars 5G with Verizon. Didn’t check for OTA. Be sure to park well away from others. I got yelled at for being too close when I was easily 70 yards (yes I measured) away from their rig.

Flat with Easy Access... good BLM free camping area. On our way to Joshua Tree from Yuma. Was late afternoon and needed to grab a boondocking spot before dusk. Right off 95 with easy gravel\rock access road and plenty of flat usable sites. Good cellular reception on Verizon and ATT but Verizon is very crowded. ATT was better for us.
