We had been relocated to site 20 which is next to the restroom and laundry room so I was a bit concerned about noise, but there was no one coming and going. There were several RV’s there, but I only saw a couple of people moving around. The bathroom was fresh and clean with a large shower. Everybody was tucked into their units early and there was occasional road noise and trains, but not enough to be a problem. If you are looking for a quick and easy overnight spot, this place is perfect.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of the highway but far enough to be reasonably quiet. There is pavement all the way. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient because everything is completed on line. You will receive a confirmation e mail which contains a pass code for the entrance gate. The rules are fairly basic. The park appears to have be designed as a very good and safe overnighter. The interior roads ar gravel in good condition. It is very big rig friendly. All sites have a concrete pad and patio. There is no table or fire pit. Fires are not allowed. One can see the highway but we could not hear it.
Our site, 09, was a pull through (as they all are) which was long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30 /50 amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for a rural park. NO sites had a vegetation privacy barrier. Our site was flat and even. Overall the park was very pleasant.
The park included wifi worked well for our purposes. We did not stream any movies. There is no cable TV but we were able to find plenty OTA channels. Satellite will not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean and modern as was the laundry room.
There are no trails or any other amenities at this park
There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be a great overnighter. We paid $55.00 per night and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Nice level sites, easy to maneuver sites & park. Laundry room and women's bathroom(can't speak for the mens) clean and operational. Had some road noise from I-49 but that was expected! Great for an overnight stay.

Very clean new park, safe & secure. Gated with concrete pads. There is no host on site as it is internet reservation based. You receive a gate code which when used acts as your check-in. Easy in & out. Road noise & trains. We camped at River Cities RV Park in a 40' Motorhome.

It is a gated park so when we called to make reservations we were given the code to get in and also the wifi password. Close to our site there is a chain linked fence that had warnings about there being an alligator habitat just on the other side so be sure to keep your pets close and on a leash. The park is very close to I-49 and on the other side of that is railroad tracks. I only heard the train twice so it didn’t bother me. I slept great! I did think the price was a little steep and they don’t take any discount cards.
We have a 36 ft fifth wheel pulled by a F250

Park was nice for an overnight stay…but, getting in out is not fun! The gate and turning areas are VERY narrow for big rigs and towing. We have a 40’ motorhome towing a truck. Getting in wasn’t easy, but getting out didn’t work. Because of the in and out directions they show to use, we couldn’t get enough clearance making the turn to the exit gate. They have big poles sticking up out of the ground that prevent making the turn doable. These need to be removed and the grassy area changed to concrete. Had we used a different route out we would have been okay, but we tried to follow the rules. We had to disconnect our tow to be able to move forward, otherwise the truck would have never made it through…nor the exhaust pipe on the motorhome. Just in case anyone is wondering…my husband has been in construction all of his life and has driven 18 wheelers, HD pickups towing large pieces of equipment, as well as every kind of construction equipment. So driving a motorhome is not a problem for him with his experience…he’s a very good and safe driver.
Also, if you stay here, try to get a back site as the front ones have lots of road noise. They provide all needed info (gate code and site) in the confirmation email. It would be nice if they included the WiFi password in it, too. I emailed them and got it, but otherwise we would have had to get out and go the laundry room to find it…didn’t know this is where it was. Their charge for 1 extra adult is overkill, too!
They do have nice level concrete pads and all hookups. Very clean and easy access from Highway. But if you’re a big rig, and towing, you might want to look elsewhere to save yourself some time and headaches.

Basic pad site located close to highway with accompanying road noise. Easy checking (contactless so you can arrive any time. Seems to be used primarily by weekly/monthly workers. I wouldn’t stay here again due to pricing.

This wasn’t convenient to our route but is a clean well run RV park. Level nice site. Signs on boundary fence in back warn pet owners about alligators! Showers were clean and decent OATV and Verizon signal, free WiFi that worked fine. Lots of road noise from interstate.

Park is quiet, gated, many working people (met traveling nurses each time we have stayed here). Loves truck stop down the road for easy RV fuel and bulk propane. Not far to Alexandria. No frills, does have laundry and shower. Very clean. Near highway so a bit of noise but barely hear inside. Reserve on line, get code to open gate super easy access, clearly marked, all pull thrus with cement patio pad. Quite level.
