Perfect little park within 30 minutes of Sedona and an hour of Prescott, just off of 89A. They have their act together. The grounds are well-maintained, and the bathrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are all squeaky clean and modern. The bath/shower rooms are private and locking, and heated. They deliver firewood and propane to your site. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering proximity to Sedona.
Sites near the office are less expensive than river sites but still very nice - only downside is you’ll have some road noise during the day. River sites are a few dollars more ($15 when I was here) and are very quiet. In retrospect, both are fine. I’d probably stay near the office next time so I could walk to the showers and laundry.
I was looking for an overnight spot close enough to run into Sedona in the morning before checkout, and was fortunate to stumble on this place. I’d definitely stay here again, and would look forward to it.

Second time here and the last. Didn’t remember it being so noisy. Needed a few nights before getting into Dead Horse. For $68 bucks a night didn’t even get a table.

The laundry/ shower facilities were every clean, and they even water down the gravel drive to keep the dust down.

Stayed for three weeks with a 30 foot travel trailer. Our spot was #17, in the middle of the park, not down by the river. LOTS of room to pull in, plenty of space in our spot for dogs and bikes. There are a few long-term residents, and they are friendly, clean, and keep their spaces orderly. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, no charge for package delivery. The facilities are also very good, nice showers and laundry machines are efficient. Overall a great stay and LOTS of recreation nearby. There is a little bit of road noise from the highway, but less than other parks that are right on the main street. You will get less noise if you choose the river spots.

Yuck! Don't book this place based on what you see in the photos on the website. Those are not reality. It's desolate and there is NO RIVER like in the pix, its a ravine without a trickle of water. Like really? We rent an RV and drive for hours for a tranquil, vacation based on your description and it's a gross. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ALERT. The lady upfront is put out just by being here. When we arrived and asked where is the River exactly" she replied ' you go walk all the way down to the main road/highway and cut in over there and walk down the slope and then your on the River.'' So we paid 50 a night for what? To stare at broken down stuff everywhere. Aside from the cabins, this place looks like RV graveyard. It's not special whatsoever and they are rude too. Look elsewhere please. Ruined what was meant to be a much needed break. No refund for false advertisement. " sorry our policy is 48 hours.' Obviously I didn't know 48 hours ago that this place was a junkyard or I would not have booked it. M
