Did not check out the shower facility. StarLink worked well. Got several digital stations via antenna. No cell service whatsoever. Pros: views, river access, hook-ups, friendly camp hosts, clean vault toilets, private and separated sites. Cons: no dump station on site, road noise (especially during the day). Overall - a great place to camp and relax.

This campground is one of the most picturesque places we have camped. There are two loops with 30 amp electric and water available. Plenty of privacy between sites, good views of the sky for Starlink, friendly hosts, steps away from the Crystal River, and the charming town of Redstone is one mile away.

The views when we drove into the mountain! The views while we were at camp (site 11), from our site. To the right, the left! It was all so perfect. Other campers are at a good distance, but still close where you can wave hello when you leave your camp. The staff was so great! They were nice and funny, gave good directions. There’s a river/ creek/ spring (cold refreshing, yet daring) waters. We found it in our hike, took a dip and spent the rest of the afternoon just hanging out climbing rocks and catching the sun.
We forgot to hike to the ovens while we were there- maybe because we stayed at the creek/ river.
No cell reception which helped relax. I think every camp should allow you to disconnect!
When next camping in Colorado, this will be our space!

This was our first stay and would go there again. Campground was quiet (despite some occasional road noise), and very clean plus the scenery is beautiful. Note: The showers are closed due to covid but toilets are open. The closest cell coverage is a 15 minute drive towards Carbondale.

Third time for us here. We have tried different sites and I like them all. I personally, have enjoyed the Oslo loop best. Mainly b/c of the views. Short walk to downtown Redstone, and a short drive yo Marble or Carbondale, this campground has a great location. No cell signal! Staff was great and keep the facilites very clean.

We stayed here over Memorial Day and enjoyed every second of it. The campground is amazing. The hosts are accommodating. The scenery is second to none. The only downside was no reception using AT&T, but that was a known before going into it, so we were prepared. I would definitely recommend and will be returning!

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. Spots are spread out enough. Be careful when picking a site, Our site #6 was shared with #7. It's essentially a double site with both hookups on one side, so it's a longer hookup for one trailer. Luckily, we reserved this with a friend, so it was great for us, as long as you want to share. Bathrooms were clean and hosts were friendly. We hiked Avalanche Creek Trail and Perham Creek Trail. Avalanche starts along the creek and then goes up at 1.5M, you can go as far as you want. There is a bridge out at 2.5M, but you can get around it as long as the water isn't flowing hard. Perham was mostly up for 2.5M when you come to a meadow. The gravel is a little slippy along the side of the hill. Enjoy!

Sun light didn't hit us until 9:45am and it was shine by around 6ish so if you are camping in September,.plan for cold early mornings and late afternoons/evenings. River is just at the bottom of the campground, we walked there every day which was a great place to hang out. We would definitely stay there again but maybe at the loops with water and electricity. Even though further up, we could still hear the cars from 133

Sites are well spaced and large enough. The town of Redstone is a couple of miles away. It’s very cute and has essentials. The town of marble is a 30min drive and offers the best BBQ place I’ve tried - Slow Groovin. The area offers many hiking trails and impressive areas for Jeep/ATVs.
