This place is as others have commented. Nice and quick stop off the Alcan. A few others here and plenty of room for more. We have 34 ft motorhome towing a jeep.

Easy off the highway (look for approaching intersection sign if driving north). Any size rig. Quiet and clean. We are hold up here due to Ft. Nelson fire waiting to continue north with lots of locals.

Got here around 3pm, had the place to ourselves until about 5pm when one other rig joined us. Easy, level, quiet. But the flies! We luckily didn’t get bit, but they seem like horse flies (?), very large. Limited our outdoor time, but this was just a spot to stay the night before continuing on. Right off the highway. Hard packed level smooth dirt road with plenty of clearance. Go past the end of the runway to the right. Road loops around to a large flat gravel area. Lots of room. Easy to exit. Starlink had poor connectivity due to trees.

This is a pretty neat campsite. It’s free which is great. It is a little hidden but not too hard to find. I was the only one there in late April. The ground is pretty level as well and quiet. I did not get any signal though (Verizon). I would stay here again.

Spent one night here on our way to AK. Nice road into the former park. As earlier review stated, best to go left at the old pay box. We parked along the loop. 3 campers total were there when we stayed. Lots of room for any size rig..

Open space, level grassy areas. Road coming is is a solid packed gravel easy for big rigs ...

We found this location in the Mile Post and the Alaska Camping Guide. Evidently this was once a Provincial Park.
From what we read and could tell, the campsites are still being used by travelers and the occasional firefighters if there is a nearby forest fire.
There are no signs on the Alaska Highway but you will see and intersection sign. Immediately turn in on the gravel road. After a few feet, you will see a gravel/dirt airstrip on your left. Do NOT camp on the airstrip. It can still be in use at times.
Continue straight ahead and you will see the old payment box. Here I would recommend staying to the left. It will take you to the old loop campground. You can still see the markings of the original sites and fire pits. We grabbed a pull through site in the back and called it a night.
Cell was with booster. No services.
