Nice camping spots that each include a picnic table and metal fire pit. There was a pit toilet as well that was clean. You're kind of close to other people, but we didn't have any problems with noise. Was here in early June and had lovely weather. Easy drive into Telluride!

Definitely worth the visit. Very close to Telluride. No cell service on Metro or Cricket. Bathrooms are closed. You can use the ones at nearby Matterhorn. Be sure to see Trout Lake at the end of the road.

This is a really nice spot for tent camping. There are a number of sites you can pull right up to and a handful of walk in sites with more privacy. This is a really nice spot for tent camping. There are a number of sites you can pull right up to and a handful of walk in sites with more privacy. There is a decent pit toilet (can’t complain) and a beautiful lake. The lake is not something you’d want to swim in. The entrance is a bit confusing as the home owner next to the road has put up multiple ‘private property’ signs. Just stay on the road and it’s all good. Only downside for me was that you can hear a nearby busy road.

So when I arrived at this campsite, I was the only one there around 2pm. I would say this campsite is more for tent camping than anything else. The lake was pretty and the view was okay but because I could only go so far with my car, it wasn't as fun as it might've been if I were tent camping.
1 toilet with trash... gross... lots of flies and bugs and smelled awful.

I stayed here last summer. It offers beautiful views, deer, a lake view, and good access. It's great for tents to small RV's.
