Half the sites are mostly level. Good spacing. Few have lake view. Medium height pine trees.

Yukon Government campground. $20 nightly rate seemed high for pit toilets and fire ring but nice level sites. Easy access to Kulane National Park. We did not go use the lake - it was still frozen. No cell service (ATT).

We stayed here for one night in our way back to the lower 48. Well maintained with a bunch of varying length/width back in sites and a handful of pull through sites. The park is clean and well kept. Generators are allowed. Quiet hours are 11:00pm -7:00am. There are a variety of different camp site sizes. This park can handle large rigs. Used as a nite stop, did not unhitch, pull thru. Truck & trailer together are 50' and we still have about 15'.

Great government park no hook ups but very clean and free firewood. The lake is so beautiful with the mountains in the background just breathtaking. Big rig friendly has 6 pull thru spaces so get here early. We arrived at 3:30 and only one spot left.

There’s an interpretive trail along the lake, mostly on a boardwalk. The views are quite beautiful especially if you walk to the end where you can see the Kluane mountain range.
Many different birds come to the lake. We saw some ducks, but that was about it. Cover up or use bug spray because there are mosquitos down by the water.

This is a beautiful quiet campground with huge sites. Try to get there early on Wednesday or Thursday because it fills up quickly and you can't make reservations in the territorial campgrounds in the Yukon. Try to snatch a spot in the loop at the end closer to the lake. The sites there are also more open if you need solar. There is a beautiful beach with a dock and it's a gorgeous lake to canoe or kayak on, with view of the Kluane Range. There were two couples of trumpeter swans living on the lake when we were there and we could hear them honk! There is water on the premises, but most of the time, it needs to be boiled to be consumed. There are also pit toilets. The campground is 15 minutes from Haines Junction where there is a dump station (Kluane RV park) and gas. There is free wood (in covered wood shelters) in all the territorial campgrounds in the Yukon!
