“Pay dump functional with rinse and potable water ”
Reviewed 1/28/2024
Typical pay dump with a rinse water spigot. Separate potable water spigot is next to the air and there's enough room to park our truck and 30 ft trailer without blocking anyone. 4.5GPM

Water spigot is around the north side of the building, across from where the RV fueling lanes are (next to the air vac pump as noted in the previous review). No hose provided; our 25' hose was just long enough going underneath the camper. Since we pulled into the station and around the building to the pump, our direction meant the camper's fill port was on the opposite side.
There was room to park and fill along the curb, but we were blocking vehicles in parking spaces with our truck. Good water pressure.

“Free water, pay to dump”

There are two water spigots. One is with the dump station. The other is across the parking lot with the air vac and air hose. The water is free, but the vacuum and air cost $1.50 (but I do t know for how long it lasts). I didn’t use the dump but while I was at the Pilot it was available to use the whole time and looked clean and the access didn’t look as bad as I expected from the previous reviewer. I have been to crowded Pilots and this one was really easy. After searching all over a Tucson for water, I was happy to find this place!

The dump station is on lane 16 in the RV lanes. You have to go through lane 16 to get to it so this can lead to a backup if it were busy.
I got right it, got some fueld and then used teh dump and filled with fresh water.
gokuro would use this facility again

If the lane is occupied, there is nowhere to park while waiting, except in the truck lot 500 ft away beyond the building and truck diesel lanes.
I waited 40 minutes to get to the dump station. A fifth wheel was fueling up when I arrived. After finishing, he went into the store. When he came back, he disappeared into the trailer for 10 minutes, then came out and went back to the store. When he finally left, I went and got my trailer, only to find a car getting air, with another car waiting for air. When I finally got to the dump station, I found that it did not take credit cards. I had to go into the store and stand in line at the checkout to pay and get a code.

They don't mind if you sleep in the lot and they are dog friendly. I would stay here again.
