Almost all the Rv parks in Tuscon are 55+ and so we had no choice but this campground, since we are not in that age group, but we were so happy to be there. They have planned events and/or meals just about everyday that you can choose to partake in. They even had a Christmas Dinner!! Everyone was upper nice and friendly. They have a laundromat with plenty of washers and dryers, a propane filling station, showers, and a heated pool. We will definitely stay here when we come back to the area, what a nice find.

We Had A Wonderful Overnighter At This RV Park. Teresa Was Very Accommodating And Gave Us A Great Spot In The Back. It Was Clean, Quiet And The People There Were Very Friendly. They even had a huge breakfast on Saturday for everyone for a small price!!!! Would recommend this place for RV travellers!

They had dog stations all around the park with free bags. They did not have a fenced area as a dog run, but plenty of area to walk you dog on leash. They also had a heated pool. We will stay here again.

Coin laundry facility was very clean and so were bathrooms. They offer dinners and breakfast almost everyday for $6 which is nice after long travel day, good price too. Location was about 20 mins from Saguaro East. Gas station and fast food right down the street (we walked to it). Neighborhood is a little on the rougher side, but I never felt scared and from the park you really wouldn't notice, it was only on our walk.

Wanted to try wintering in AZ instead of the super crowded locations in Florida. I stayed for 2 months here and the rate reflects a monthly rate. Electricity was additional. Being I had solar and lithium batteries this was fine for me. My elec bill as $45/month and was basically for my elec heat pumps. Gravel spots that were pretty tight in width because they have bushed between each site and for me was near my entrance door. Know that I generally do not give more than 3 stars for gravel and lesser pads. I did ask them to trim the bushes which they did the same day I asked. The lots were pretty level. Staff was super friendly and nice. They had some events like free donuts on certain days of the week, food trucks, etc. They had a pool but I did not use as winter in Tucson is pretty cold compared to Florida. You are close to I10 and some noise could be heard at times but no so inside your RV. Nearby is a military airbase and some noise from that but only during daylight as far as I could tell. Also, very neat to watch some of the aircraft maneuvers. Very close to the aircraft graveyard and museum. ATT service was better than Verizon and I used ATT. If I recall both had good signals but ATT was simply more reliable bandwidth.

Stay here overnight enroute, needing water, electricity and show. Full hook-up, tight space but not an issue with our a camper van. Friendly helpful staff. Clean bathroom.

If you have a neighbor who talks loud (and we do) you get to hear everything. The laundry is good. Plenty of machines. The staff are very friendly and ready to help. Free donuts and coffee on Monday's and Friday's. Good water pressure. If you book, try and get on the "C" row. More spacing and covered. We got the monthly rate which worked out to around $16.00/day.
If you're and aviation geek like me, the Pima Air and Space Museum is five minutes away. And you get a good view of the F-16's and A-10's from Davis-Monthan AFB playing in the skies. Downtown Tucson is minutes away and the RV park has easy access to I10. There's a nearby city park with an excellent walking trail called "The Loop". If you're a cyclist it'll take you all around Tucson without fear of getting creamed by a car.
5G T-Mobile is here, so I had great DL speeds on my hotspot. ATT service is also strong.
Really, the cramped spaces are my only significant complaint. If I had a few more feet on either side I'd give more stars.

The spaces here are really tight. Our picnic table was under the neighbors slide out tight. That said, the bathrooms were clean and the showers were hot. Not a great part of Tucson, some highway noise. Site ten was nice because we had the dog walk behind us. I would look for somewhere better in the future but it worked for a few days.

Terrible neighborhood. Trashy-cigarette butts everywhere. They say they are dog friendly but no place to walk them. Lighting is almost nonexistent. I was afraid to take my dogs out at night. We paid for 5 nights but only stayed one and of course no refunds. Would NEVER stay here again!

This place is a craphole, plain and simple. It is located in the trashiest part of Tucson where homeless people wander throughout the RV park and the staff provides no security whatsoever. Furthermore, despite the best efforts of their cleaning person, the showers smell like pee and the toilets often have crap in/around them. The place was built in the early 60's and many of the sites have sewer problems which causes spontaneous overflows right next to people's living quarters.
I stayed three months at a site with no sewer, no cable, and no wireless accessibility. The staff took a hard stance that those are "amenities" and not what you are paying for. The rent only covers the gravel parking spot, that's it. Everything else provided should be considered a luxury, or added benefit.

“Potential discriminatory practices”
noted 3/27/2023
Spoke with rep named Amy to book a night stay. She ask how big my rig was and when I told her about my converted vehicle camper she immediately turned me away asking if I had a bathroom. I asked if they had a bathroom on site and she said yes. She ask me to contact PIMA and they too turned me away. People who convert their vehicles do it for several reasons. One is that I refuse to buy a RV that cost so much to operate ansd maintain. My vehicle is also environmentally safer then the alternative especially for one person. Only a certain kind of someone can afford these vehicles but can enjoy the cheap cost of travel. This seem discriminatory and should be investigated by the organization who licenses these businesses.
