I needed to empty the black before heading north. Worked for what I needed. As other mentioned, filling water is not ideal. Also, it cost me $15 bucks this last week....so maybe the days of a $5 dump is gone.

We used the dump station both coming and going from Moab and it was clean both times. The fresh water fill between pumps 7 and 8 was the only one unlocked during our visits, you have to wait for the pumps to clear to fill up.

It was interesting for us to fill our fresh tanks lol (we are 42ft plus the truck) but on the plus side.. we were able to fill the generator tanks.
This place does refill propane tanks which was awesome!!
It's a "one stop shop" but you'll be driving around the whole place to get everything you need. It'll probably be a little difficult when the place is busy. BUT it gets the job done, you'll just need to bring some patience with you.

$5 Dump in the back by the shop. Lots of room and easy. Would be better if potable water was in the same place but wasn’t a big deal for us since we are headed home.

This was not a free dump, but only cost $5 plus tax. There was potable water at the dump as well which was free. You must pay for the dump inside the gas station. The dump is over to the right (if you are facing the gas station) by the mechanic shop. If you find the spigot, you found the dump! To access the dump, move the large, heavy red grate out of the way. They have a hose for the potable water, but the worker did not recommend using it (could use it for rinse) so you should plan on bringing your own hose if you are filling tanks or jugs. This is a one-stop shop for RVers. In addition to the dump and potable water, they have bulk propane on-site for $3.06/gallon (as of May 2018), diesel fuel lanes, dumpsters and a weigh station. It is about 2 miles from the interstate and there is little else in the area as far as services. This was a great spot for us to hit after Moab on our way to Goblin Valley State Park.
