Overall Rating
It's a free level spot next to the Pilot station. That being said, once the sun was going down. Several people gathered in the parking lot. It felt a bit like they were maybe up to no good so we got a space at Loves.

Most stop overs like this is cramped and I leveled. At least this place has a separate overflow parking from the pilot that you can open your slides and be comfortable. Is the road bumpy yes but if you take it slow your good. We have a class A 37’ and maneuvered just fine. They also have a dump station in front of the brake shop and wa... more
Most stop overs like this is cramped and I leveled. At least this place has a separate overflow parking from the pilot that you can open your slides and be comfortable. Is the road bumpy yes but if you take it slow your good. We have a class A 37’ and maneuvered just fine. They also have a dump station in front of the brake shop and water at pump 7/8.

First off, this isn’t a traditional Pilot Store I was looking for the big Pilot Truck Stop, but it’s a store called West Winds Truck Stop that is affiliated with Pilot (I assume). First off, this isn’t a traditional Pilot Store I was looking for the big Pilot Truck Stop, but it’s a store called West Winds Truck Stop that is affiliated with Pilot (I assume). Either way you can overnight at the overflow parking area or the dirt area between the overflow area and river. We chose the second option to give us some distance from the semi trucks. There’s showers here, but they are in need of maintenance. Just a note, there are some electrical hookups in the overflow parking area, but the attendant in the store wasn’t sure how they worked… Would stay again if we were passing by.

This is an overflow lot next to the gas station/truck stop. It’s no place for anything but overnight parking with easy access to bathrooms, showers, food/drink at the station. You won’t be able to have a campfire if that’s important to you. There are some baby ants that were all about the things we left outside our camper overnight ... more
This is an overflow lot next to the gas station/truck stop. It’s no place for anything but overnight parking with easy access to bathrooms, showers, food/drink at the station. You won’t be able to have a campfire if that’s important to you. There are some baby ants that were all about the things we left outside our camper overnight but not a big deal. Noise level was barely noticeable while we slept but trucks were running and a small amount of traffic.

Overall Rating
Pulled in, fueled up, and parked behind the gas station. A nice guy stopped by to inform us that it was actually the lot next door, which was fine. We don’t want to be in truckers’ way.
He did mention that new owners were coming so the status may change.
Had decent enough service to work my remote job before moving along for work.

This is a large grass and dirt area between the Pilot overflow parking and the river. Very easy access and plenty of flatish space for any rig. We stayed in the northeast corner and ended up staying for the week to avoid Moab crowds. Much quieter than we expected at night. Most nights a few RVs stayed. This is a large grass and dirt area between the Pilot overflow parking and the river. Very easy access and plenty of flatish space for any rig. We stayed in the northeast corner and ended up staying for the week to avoid Moab crowds. Much quieter than we expected at night. Most nights a few RVs stayed. The Pilot has a reasonable propane price if someone is around that can fill it. Kids loved the giant watermelon slice just across the river.
Great Verizon speeds as well.
