We arrived during peach harvesting season, and we were welcomed by the hosts with a gift of 2 peaches! We have nothing bad and everything good to say about this place. The green trees and lawns were a peaceful respite beside the river. It has a small rocky beach but is right next to Maryhill State Park, with a walk-thru gate between, so we walked over and enjoyed watching kids in the swimming area. We also walked by the peach orchard to the fruit market and bought some more peaches, tomatoes, and honey. In the evening we walked a another block to visit the Waving Tree Winery, with tastings for $5. Back at the site, the restrooms were spotless, with 5 stalls, 3 sinks, and 3 showers on each side. The 2 dumps could be used upon arrival or departure. Oh, and free wi-fi with no password. We will be back if we come this way again! Thank you to our hosts!

Great place, very little road noise, not a resort but bathrooms, showers, lots of trees, they gave us two peaches when we checked in. Managers were friendly.

I arrived after hours. I have called and the host returned my call very quick when I arrived. The host came out to see if I had any questions and to make sure I found a spot. OK very friendly very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Peach Beach RV Park is a pretty setting nestled in between an orchard, a state park and the Columbia River. We were greeted upon arrival by the camp host and check in was quick and easy. We moved to our designated spot and set up. Sadly during June, the cottonwood trees are shedding and our site, on the end of the river front row, seemed to have most of the cotton collecting on the ground. This created a messy environment that was not conducive to enjoying the outdoors. Some of the sites are full hook up while others are just water and electric. There are dump stations on site. When I made our reservation, I tried to anticipate which site to select and I grabbed the end space along the river front. I was outsmarted and found that this space (#44) might be the worst site in the park. Many spaces had green grass but our surrounding was mostly dirt, rocks and did I mention cotton?
The staff here is friendly and the utilities were reliable. The park advertised Wi-Fi but it is virtually nonexistent. Extremely poor connection, likely some of the worst we have seen. Being in rural Washington, cellular back up connections were weak as well but we limped by. If you are dependent on the park for your connectivity, you should not stay here.
Access to the Columbia River is good for water activities and there is a small “beach” for folks to use when accessing the water. Peach Beach RV Park is not great but not too bad either. It’s a good place for a stopover or a gathering place with family and friends.

Chris and Tom do a really nice job to take care of it and they were so accommodating. We stayed in site 38 with our van with two dogs. We backed into the site so we could enjoy the sounds of the Columbia river. We first checked out the state park next-door and it was the same price as here. The bathrooms are great at this facility, and it is a nicely shaded area. We would definitely recommend this, and will stay again in the future.

Peach Beach is better maintained, quieter, and cheaper than the State Park. Downside is that pull-throughs don't have full hookups. We visited in the winter and it was pleasantly quiet. Didn't check out the restrooms, but we were assured they were sparkling clean and heated. The location reduced the amount of road noise compared to Maryhill, but the trains still run all night. Overall, a nice experience.

The host during our stay is rather abrupt and not real friendly.
The grounds are well maintained and there was normal noise level with other guest.
Although our site 37 on river noted it could take our 28ft trailer, our tow vehicle f250, barely fit. The host said if I could not move it and stay off grass, i would have to go to overflow, which is outside the gate to property, basically on a gravel road which is not secure.
