We arrived after hours. We were greeted by two camp hosts, led to our site, guided back into a spacious spot and welcomed with a friendly greeting.

We stayed here for a week with our kids and loved it! When I made the reservation, the woman helping made sure to out us near the pool area since she knew we had kids, which was super thoughtful! We made great use of it too!
When we arrived, we were greeted very kindly and given all of our info. The camp host came up and led us to our site and made sure we were good to go. After set up, we explored a bit to find a very well kept and setup park! Pickelball courts in great shape, shuffleboard, boccee ball, horseshoes, and their dog parks were all wonderful, clean and ready for use!
The pool area and main facility was gorgeous! They have a great Playlist of music playing near the pool which made everything enjoyable. In the main building they had games, books and puzzles, as well as tables and chairs for bigger events.
The bathrooms were all very clean and spacious, with all showers having fantastic water pressure as well!
Some other perks I haven't seen before include a dog washing station and an ice machine. Those aren't things I'd expect to see but I made use of both of them and they were awesome! The laundry room was large, air conditioned and clean as well.
All in all, this is one of the best kept and well-run campgrounds we've stayed at! We'll be sure to recommend and be back again!

Rate based on a 5 month stay. This is going to be difficult fitting in everything good about Oak Alley. The park itself is immaculate. The grounds crew is constantly working to keep it looking in top condition. The staff and other RVers are simply wonderful people. FREE wired internet at each site ($50 returnable deposit on the modem). The roads are new and laid out in a logical manner. The sites are the absolute largest we have ever stayed in – and we didn’t even have a premium site, which are 1½x the size of a regular site!! There is always something to do. 12 pickleball courts with a pro on staff to assist you. Players are welcoming and everyone will help you learn the game and/or help you improve your game. Food trucks, entertainment, meals, outings, RV Tech chats (there were three in the park during winter 2022-2023), a woodshop, a room dedicated most of the time to crafting, a huge main hall for big get-togethers, large laundry building with tons of washers & driers, three dog walk areas and a dog wash station, bocce, shuffleboard, corn hole (all three with periodic tournaments), tons of different card games (poker, hand & foot, euchre, 5 crowns, etc.) large pool and hot tub, activities office, on-site post office, and so much more. We never winter in the same place we’ve previously stayed at, but Oak Alley REALLY temps us to return. It’s that good!!!! My only fear is that it's so nice that so many are going "permanent" (6 months on, 6 months off) and you may not be able to get a site.

We really loved our stay at Oak Alley. There is always something to do.
The staff is GREAT and will help you anyway they can.
We were on the pull-through site 6. The cement pad was great for us, but they are a smaller then than the other sites in the park.
We are looking to book for next winter season. Hope to see you there.

This was our first visit to Oak Alley RV Resort. This is a relatively new park and what an amazing reception when we arrived. The staff there is fabulous. After check-in someone asked to escort us to our site but we were literally across from the office so he walked over anyway and made sure we comfortable. Upon hook-up we had a ground issue at the electrical post, I went to the office and they sent someone right away, turned out to be a simple solution and he fixed it right away. As we walked around the park everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were only there for the two nights and we were parked in the pull-through guest sites, they are the only ones with a concrete pad. The rest of the park (and this will be a large park once completed) is grass sites which are pretty spacious. The bathrooms are clean and beautiful. The laundry is large. Lots of amenities and activities. Beautiful pool and clubhouse. They are in constant contact (via email) with people on what is happening. They have a modem that you can ask for (with a $50 deposit) for access to the internet and it seemed to work fine. There is a wood shop on site and someone to help with just about any question. Not sure what the monthly rate is? They did seem to have a large section of seasonal campers.

About 8 miles fro Van Fleet Hike/Bike Trailhead. Most sites are open lawns with all hookups, but any size rig can fit. There are some paved pull thru sites. Great staff and location, and check-in was a breeze. The are expanding their RV site capacity as well.

They offer a router to access Free Wifi which you have to give a $50 deposit and get it back when you return the router. We had decent signals on both AT&T. Overall, it seems nice, but I was a little disappointed that they opted for grass pads.

This place is amazing. It’s HUGE with large spacious sites. They have only been open since October 2020, so they have a promotion going on right now for only $17 per night. This price is insanely cheap considering the brand new amenities that are available. Brand new laundry facility with lots of washers/dryers. Brand new private bathrooms with showers. The sites are on grass, but the roads around the sites are black tops so we had a lot of fun riding bikes with the kids. Their pool is still being built but is expected to be done by May, and it’s going to be gorgeous. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and very kind. They have a volleyball area that nobody was using, so the kids had a blast using it as a giant sand box lol. We have an AT&T WiFi plan that I use to work from home, and that worked perfectly fine.
Cons: it’s in Webster, FL which isn’t real close to any major cities. Orlando is about 1 hour and Tampa is also about 1 hour away. There’s a Walmart Supercenter about 15 minutes away though, so that helped with grocery runs!

As an RVillage gold member, we were offered 3 free nights at this new resort. We had visited the area before and knew it is remote, but wanted to see what they had to offer.
The resort is very new and most of the amenities were not available, so I won’t review them.
We checked in and were allowed to select our site from those available. There will be multiple loops, with sites along the outside of the loop being about 1.5 the lot size of those in the middle (in field). The sites are all on grass and back in, with the in field sites being back to back, with the exception of 10 pull through sites that have cement pads. All sites are 50/30 amp full hookups.
We selected an end site, further from the road. The resort was mostly empty, so we had lots of room, but I probably would have selected a site along the outside of the loop if it was busier. It was difficult to envision the park with lots of RV’s, but it felt like some of the sites might be a little tight when all are occupied.
We had to move around a bit to get level, but managed to not need blocks under our tires. Everyone was very friendly and they are working hard to get everything up and running, but still have a ways to go.
I didn’t see any wifi, but they advertise it, and we had decent signals on both AT&T and Verizon.
They already have installed lots of pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. The pool will have a spa and the clubhouse looks huge. They have a mail building, so I expect they are planning for annual residents.
Overall, it seems nice, but I was a little disappointed that they opted for grass pads and that they weren’t necessarily level. I also feel that the majority of the sites are a little small, but it was difficult to judge because there weren’t any RV’s in them.
There is a gas station in Webster that has meats and grocery basics and a farmers market once a week with fresh produce. The nearest grocery is in Bushnell, about 10 minutes away.
I can’t imagine I would come back, but I would stay here if I was in the area.
