We stayed one winter to start, then signed up for annual and stayed 7 months twice over 2 years. When we first arrived the park was effectively a 55+ park without being designated that. Gradually the park lost "regulars" and they were replaced with a lot of families with kids that were supposedly being "home schooled", although they spent a lot of time at the pool during the day. There was also a person that was stealing clothes from the laundry area...there were several reports on the individual, but it took the park 2 years to boot them out. Then school busses started coming into the park to pick up kids, and vagrants starting coming in from the Walmart next door and using the facilities. This is not a gated community, though it should be based on the location. We have nothing against kids, but when there are videos and reports of kids riding bikes thru the park at 1 AM, and videos of kids supposedly playing ding-dong-ditch after dark, it gets out of hand. A lot of "regulars" have left the park for many reasons: yearly price increases of $40 or more monthly; issues with kids acting badly; and other reasons. It is a beautiful park, but it just wasn't for us any longer so we left. I give it 1 star for access because the access is too easy for those not belonging there.

It was uncomfortable to try to cool off when it was 100 outside. I also topped off my rv propane tank for cheaper than I’ve ever paid anywhere else! The staff was readily available to help with anything And I loved the close proximity to shopping and places to eat! I have a class C not towing, so once I’m hooked up I’m not moving! Long term residents were friendly. Nice dog park as well!

We found everyone friendly in the park. We did not meet any staff - The office called on the day of checkin - Saturday- to say they would be closing at 2 and where to find our paperwork- very nice on the phone and helpful with directions. We stayed in D-12 a narrow pull-thru site. All though it plainly states in the info packet you are to walk your trash to the dumpster - the previous RVer left their trash at the site- my husband walked it to the dumpster- so I guess noone checks sites…
The site is narrow- with slides out on our RV and the one next to us we could shake hands- :) the site was level.
The bath/laundry house is cute outside but shows wear and tear inside(broken tiles, shower curtains not so clean) over flowing garbage cans in 2 of the 6 bath/shower rooms. The bathrooms have a code to access the room. 2nd day the 2 bathroom/shower rooms we used had their garbage emptied very recently.
Internet was poor - ok .
Easy access to interstate- literally across the access road to Walmart, gas stations and restaurants all close.
Ok for a one or 2 night stay- approx $75 a night - which in our travels this week was the most expensive , the smallest site, and not as well taken care of…

Few restaraunts and a very small state park that's near. Walmart is directly across the street from the park as well. Very convenient for groceries.
Only downfall was they were repainting all the buildings and pool area. Missed out on a few pool days and accessing the billiard room. Otherwise the permanent residents were welcoming.

DON'T JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER!!
Upon arriving, I was very happy with the
outside appearance of the property. It looked
well maintained and clean. I was scheduled
for a week stay. However, the serious
problems of the property were noticed after
my first day of arrival.
The major problems I experienced were as
follows:
1. There was a major robbery on my second
day of stay. A group of men cased the area,
lured the residents from their RV's by knocking
on doors and telling them a scam. My RV
elderly neighbor was robbed of cash and
jewelry.
2. There is not any security guards or gates to
protect the RV guests.
3. Dogs are allowed on the property, but
guests and annual RVers do not clean up after
their pets. The grounds smell of animal feces.
4. There are 6 bathhouses and only 2 of the
bathrooms are operable. The 2 bathhouses
that was operable grossly smelled of urine and urine. It was impossible to take a shower in
the bathhouses because of the unsafe and
unclean smell of feces and urine.
5. There was not any hot water in the
bathhouses. In addition to the unclean and unsanitary
bathhouses there also was not any hot water.
6. While at the pool I was informed by
snowbird RVers there are frequent robberies
and breakin's. They contacted corporate but
the major unsafe problem remains. They've
decided to never return to the Blueberry Hill
RV Resort.
Please use EXTREME CAUTION if staying at the Blueberry Hill RV Resort! BEWARE!!!

We had full hook up, 2 bars ATT and 4 bars in Verizon. After complaining about the pool not being open and them not letting us know about it when we made the reservation the office graciously gave us a full refund. Other than it being 91° with no swimming pool we enjoyed our stay.

The above rate reflects a one month rate during the "off" season and includes a metered electric charge. For the extra day we stayed here, we used our Passport America rate which was $22 (half-price, off-season rate). Fairly easy to maneuver a large sized rig here. Pads are asphalt and mostly level but somewhat narrow. Water, electric and sewer are all laid out as one would expect and all were in good working order. Sites in the short-term section of the park are close together with a small patch of grass separating each site. The long-term area of the park (I think 6 month stays or longer) is very, very nice.
Though there isn't much in the way of views and space, this park more than makes up for that with its amenities. A heated pool with snack bar, pickleball courts, nice, large clubhouse, a 4 table pool room with ample library are among the things to do here. There is also bocce courts and a shaded common patio area for grilling, gathering, playing cornhole, etc. Good clean shower facilities and laundry room. Shower facilities are comprised of 6 individual rooms with toilet, sink and large shower stall.
Right next door to a Walmart (could easily walk there if needing just a few items) with numerous other shops and restaurants within 2 miles. About a half-mile from the Interstate, though road noise isn't bad at all.
We were here for the month of May. Would really like to have been here for a spell during the winter, as there is an extensive list of group activities offered during the winter. It seems this is likely a pretty tight-knit and friendly community during snowbird season.

We rolled into a full park on a dark Sunday evening in early March. We were kindly greeted by the maintenance guy who led us to our spot after hours when we showed him our emailed confirmation letter. It was a tight & narrow fit for us to park with our 45’ Class A RV w/ a Jeep connected. We were able to unhitch & park the Jeep near the laundry facilities for the evening. Phew!
We woke up, walked the dogs, showered, did some laundry, and visited with some very nice people and dogs. The facility has many amenities, swimming pool, pickle-ball court, dance hall and community center. The showers & laundry room were excellent; clean, large and very well kept. The dog” park” had three nice benches, a lone small tree in the middle of the limited area for shade with two in/out gates (one was locked). Missing was a double gated safety entrance and grass. The center was just dirt, the area looked well used! Our big, freshly brushed dog need to be washed off when we left. Next to the highway it was a bit noisy but both my husband and I were so tired it really didn’t matter, we were just happy to be there! All in all, a 4.75 experience!
