Northlake Village is a rather large size campground with easy access to the campsites. It has a pool, fitness center, and on-site propane refills. It looks like some of the people there are full-time residents while others are weekly. The campground is kept clean with a playground for little kids and a fenced dog park. They'll even let you wash your RV once every 2 weeks. That's something we haven't seen in many places.
Each resident is charged for electricity at an additional rate of $0.15 per kwh. Propane is dropped off and filled the same day and conveniently charged to your card like room service.
It seems Starlink is getting better coverage. Even behind a small forest of winter trees (no leaves), we got 144 down and 10 up. Verizon on our phones was at 4 bars. With the cell antenna on Verizon and AT&T, we received 5 bars on both.

Excellent, level, gravel site. Very nice folks in the office. They put me right by the front door so I can scoot out tomorrow. Very level, long, back-in site so we can stay connected, a plus. Laundry across the way, next to the pool. Facilities look very nice.

We have checked this place out before, but never stayed. They have done a lot of work on the grounds! Sites aren't cramped, and they are nicely landscaped. There are some longer term folks here, but all in great shape! Amenities are nice, too.

There are a few residents there- but I think that adds stability and safety to the park. The internet was stable. We were there on Halloween and there was a concert going on- but that was not their fault.
Con: The only con was the price.

We were a small fish in a big pond - lots of long term tenants in big RVs. They probably laughed as they saw us pull our tiny pop up camper in! Nonetheless they have a bath house and a really nice pool (with waterfall and walk in slope), and had space for a last minute booking during this crazy time!

Apparently the park has taken a rate hike in June this year and even if you locked in your rate previously you still get the hike. The park was nice, but not near as nice as they think they are. They were already a little high before. Now they want $1278 plus electric!!!?! I am from Roanoke and my family is there, but I found a brand new park with more amenities and a quiet country setting about an hour away for $379 for a month - full hook ups. I’m in Montana right now and another RVer just had to cancel at the same park due to the high rates they’ve increased to. And he was booked for two months. Unfortunately I won’t be back at this park.

Goes above and beyond checking roof and putting a uv protectant on. Close to Texas motor speedway, fast food, Bucees and a short drive to Roanoke. Felt safe - already looking forward to booking again when we are back in the fall.

This is one of only two RV parks I've ever been to where a guy leads you to your site and then hovers while you back in, telling you when to cut your steering wheel and subtly belittling you when you don't follow his instructions correctly. I've managed to back into spaces in 22 states, so I think I'll manage in your park, too, despite how exceptionally narrow your sites are.
On the plus side, our neighbors were fairly quiet, despite their patio being within arm's length of our slide out. They weren't there a lot. That helped.
Also, the bathrooms and showers were pretty nice. Can't complain too much there.
