About 30 min out of Whistler. Great walk to falls. Sites are through wooded area and by a river.

This is a beautiful campground with well maintained sites and facilities. The park personnel were constantly going around cleaning and checking on things. Most sites are heavily wooded and private. Sites backing onto the river are the most popular but sites in the centre of the campground are also lovely. Those nearest the highway do have noise. Vault toilets are exceptionally clean. There is only a water pump so you need to fill (or empty) your tanks at the Pemberton visitor info centre. No showers. There is a pleasant hiking trail into town (approx 2.5 km). Two bars LTE on Rogers network.

Perfect location because we were able to easily do the Nairn Falls hike early in the morning before the crowds. Very clean and well kept sites, but there was a major fly problem in one of the vault toilets. Nice quiet nights, but some road noise if you end up with a site on the road-side of the campground.

We loved that campground! The sites are huge and well-spaced (although, as mentioned by the other reviewer, very shaded, so not much solar). The 1,5 km hike to the waterfall is gorgeous. The bike trails from the park are OK, but not great for the area. The only downside was that we could hear the road pretty well from our site. Try to get a site as far as possible from the road or one by the river if you are lucky enough, so as the drown the noise from the road. Half the sites are FCFS. When we came in, the sign said campground full, but we asked and they found a site for us. It seems quite frequent in this area, so do not hesitate to ask! The sites were beautifully maintained. The cell signal was good (Bell, 2-3 bars 4G LTE).
Also, I'm very thankful for the North Arm Farm recommandation for the other reviewer. We went and picked blueberries and raspberries, bought farm veggies, ate at their delicious café (and had their gelato)! A really beautiful place!

Really large spaces with a few on the river. Half of the park is first come, first serve, and the other half is reservation only. Keep in mind that if reservations must be made 2 days in advance. Otherwise you'll need to choose from one of the FCFS spots.
Firewood available from the park attendant, for $9CAD per bundle.
You can hike straight to Nairn Falls really easily from the campsite. Great hike.
Quite wooded, so you'll definitely need a generator if you plan on staying more than a day or so. Solar is pretty non-available.
PS. Tip to the wise—make sure to spend an afternoon at the nearby North Arm Farm. They serve lunch every day and it is delightful. You can purchase their vast array of organic, local produce and even pick your own berries. It's a magical place and a must. The Thai restaurant in town is incredible also.
