I travelled here with a 35’ 5th wheel, long bed pickup and parked in site #P10, a dry, BI site for $27/night with all fees. NOTE: Links from Campendium and RV Life took me to the wrong location. GPS at the park office where you check in is: 44.40102N, -71.22866W. Roads and sites are gravel. P10 was very easy to back into. There is extra vehicle parking right across from it which gave me extra turning room. This spot and sites P8 and P9 were the only ones for larger rigs. The P Loop is the only one really large enough for bigger rigs. You can make some of the sites in the main part of the campground work, but you have to be very cautious navigating the road. In fact, do NOT go right at the corner by the bathhouse. It is a very sharp turn with trees right at the edge of the road. If you want to try it, sites 38, 39, 40, and 40A could accommodate a rig my size. P loop has a vault toilet and porta-potty at the opposite ends of the loop. Very nice flush toilets and individual showers are across the road in the main campground. There is a place to fill tanks with water at the ranger station. There is no dump station. They did have recycling bins for plastic, glass and aluminum. Connectivity: 2-3 bars LTE with Verizon, 33.3 mbps download speed. Didn’t check OTA channels, no wifi. There is hiking at the park, but it was raining the whole time I was there. It was a lovely setting at P10, but there wasn’t much of an opening for sun to get on my solar panels. Gave it 2 stars because the price seemed high given the lack of services (e.g. no dump station.)

Picnic table and fire ring with grill. Coin showers. Clean but basic restrooms. Sink washing area. No hook ups and no dump station. I saw one water point where you could fill your tanks but there may be more. A rubbish dumpster is near the office opposite the road access point. This was a single night stop over for me but I wouldn’t mind spending more time here and exploring the trails. The town of Gorham is close. There is a municipal dump station there.

Spent two nights mid July. Sites and facilities very clean and level. No hookup campground but potable water spigots throughout campground. Full restrooms and dish washing stations as well. Some hiking and mountain bike trails right at state park so don’t have to drive anywhere if you want a quick hike or bike.

This was a stop over but wished we could stay longer. Lots of hiking and biking trails through the woods.
Mosquitoes but it’s the season.
We stopped here on our way to Acadia National Park.
Staff friendly.

Moose Brook State Park in Gorham, NH has a bout 60 sites on two sides of a road. The first loop is behind the office and near the pond for swimming. It's best suited for trailers 30 feet and larger since you have room to back in. The sites are fairly closely and do not have any vegetation between them. There are not hook ups or dump station. The other two loops are across the road on a hillside. The road in is narrow and curvy, so not friendly to large and/or tall trailers or rvs. Only a few sites will handle an rv or trailer over 30 feet. Part of the issue is trying to back into a site .
BUT if you have a trailer under 25 feet, have a smaller rv or tent, this may be the place for you, if you don't care about hook ups or not having a dump station. Most of the sites are in the woods and very private. If you are looking for sun for a solar set up then you want a site on the inside of the loop that faces the field. Most have some sun but not all. Look at the pictures carefully.
We liked this campground and would return for the central location to the Presidential Range, various scenic drives, tourist spots and being so close to the town of Gorham. The added plus is that's it's very quiet. Didn't have to listen to any generators because most of the folks who camp here are tenters. There is a bit of road noise during the day from Route 2. The bathrooms area is central to the two loops, but we didn't use them. You do need to pay for showers. We had two bars of Verizon without a booster.

Some hiking trails and near the rail trail and ATV trails. Gorham has one grocery store, WalMart, and several restaurants. Location about 30 miles north of North Conway.

Stopped in after 4 pm on a Thursday. Able to get a nice wooded quiet spot. $25 is a little more than I usually spend but it has good cell reception which I need to do work on my computer and nice bathrooms. Some hiking trails around the inside of the campground.

Moose Brook State Park in Gorham, New Hampshire, $31.50 with reservation fee plus $10 for 3rd adult. No hookups, no dump station, coin operated showers. Very beautiful park. Some sites are very un-level, large sites with good shade, tree trimming needed, low branches.

A nice state park near Mt. Washington and other New Hampshire attractions. This campground has some really gorgeous sites tucked way back in the woods with lots of privacy. Unfortunately, many of the best sites are more suited for tents then RVs, so choose carefully when making reservations. We purposely picked a site out of the woods on the edge of a meadow so we could get sun for our solar panels (no hook-ups here) and really liked it.
The campground has lots of hiking trails and a pond for swimming (we didn't try it out). It was a quiet place to camp and we would definitely stay again the next time we're in the area.
