We had reserved a pull-through with 50amp but were given a back-in with 30amp only. We didn’t say anything because overall our spot was fine. However, it would have been nice to be informed of the change at check-in as well as reassured that we paid for what we were given rather than what we reserved. Check-out is 10am and check-in is 13:00-18:00 with no arrivals after 20:00 as RVers have to be shown to their site.

Had some tire trouble that delayed our progress and we ended up getting only to San Antonio. It was supposed to be a partial day to see the Alamo and then move on. We didn’t plan on staying here and that’s probably why I felt ripped off at checkin. They had someone who needed to plug-in & take on water and it was getting close to closing time. $75 for a single night was the most I’ve paid in our trip through AZ, NM & TX (and at parks that offered more). Plus: the shower house is up to date and as hot as you can take. The park is well maintained and gated. It needs to be since it’s in an industrial zone that looks pretty uninviting. My spouse had serious doubts until we pulled up to the gate. Some grass sites but looks like those go to the longtermers (People with yard furniture). About 30% long term campers w TX plates. We got a gravel site up close to the pool. Negative: no hot tub. The pool is “heated” but not warm enough to go into at 7pm. After hours of driving and tire issues, I could have used a hot soak. Nearly 9pm and I can hear road traffic from somewhere. There is a truck depot behind the park but it’s not them. We’ll hit the Alamo tomorrow and get on to Corpus for some days on the beach. A little lighter in my wallet but showered, rested and ready. Reading the reviews of the other park and the crime, I guessed that a gated park was a better choice.

This location to San Antonio was about 15 minutes. Bus picks you up right outside campground, very convenient. The staff was extremely helpful. The manager I believe his name was Fred was very informative about things to do etc. One day we were waiting for the bus and he leaving the campground and asked if we wanted a ride downtown. We of course accepted the ride. The campground is huge. Our site was a little close to the neighbors but it was still quiet luckily. The road could be noisy if you get a site there. The other con was there was a train in the back and a distribution center of some kind. It was all fenced in so you can’t see the trucks but you could hear them pulling out. Not to big of a deal, just depends where you located in the park. Also, another con was there was literally no grass anywhere to walk you dog. They do have a dog park and that’s what my dog used to do her business. The pool was small, clean and quiet. The laundry room was nice and clean. I would go back there again.

We absolutely loved our stay here and will be coming back next time we’re in San Antonio! Nothing but good vibes here.
We came here last minute because previous accommodations had fallen through. The lovely staff were able to find us a spot despite the fact that we were staying during Rodeo month (their busiest time of year). We have a small rig, so we were happy to move around the park a little if it meant getting to stay here for the duration of our time in SA (about 2 weeks). The staff were so wonderful in helping us work that out, and I even enjoyed the process.
The residents are fantastic too! We got to meet many long-term residents and enjoyed every interaction. They were so welcoming. ❤️
The grounds themselves are nice and clean, and the community is gated, which helped me feel very safe. Very clean onsite bathrooms, a heated pool, and well kept laundry facilities. (I was impressed you can pay with an app to use the laundry and didn’t have to bother with coins if you didn’t want to!) Very close to downtown and the Alamo, and right down the road from the AT&T Center (where the Rodeo is held, in addition to many other events throughout the year). You can easily get to anywhere in San Antonio from here. Full hookups at every site, and we got full bars of 5G+ on our AT&T phones.
As I said, we’ll be back again and look forward to seeing the friends we made during our stay!

The Park is secure with fences and coded entry. The park is well maintained and clean. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities were also well maintained. They offer an app that you can scan and for laundry with Apple Pay so you don’t to have coinage which can be a hassle. It’s not far from downtown and different tourist sites. Highly recommend this park.

Also I would like to mention that there is a Railroad close to the park but to be honest I think I heard the train maybe once.

We had a good time here on our short stay. The staff is very friendly and the site feels very safe. We never made it to the pool, but the water felt nice to the touch. There is a small convenience store in the front office. Most of the driveways are well paved and wide for turns. Close to the highway, far enough to stay quiet!

Oh, it started out great, we stayed a night then decided to pay for a week, which was just fine, but when we decided to stay for a month, they told us no! Supposedly, our rig was to old, thing is they only took 1 picture and that was of the side, left and came back with a piece of paper and told us to go there, because they take anything,. It was not only wrong, but embarrassing and humiliating at the same time. If I'm not good enough for a month stay then why did you take my money for a week and then not refund it when I left, they're rv's there on that park groundthat are just as old and not in better condition than mine. You will never get another dime from me. You all are fake!

The entire park has a fecal odor. The dog park is very small with little to no grass. There are very few trees for shade, the park is full of uneven potholed roads. There is a complete lack of hospitality here. The office staff appears to be in a perpetually bad mood. There is a chronic air of tension. I did not feel relaxed. I certainly did not feel like I was on vacation. Also there is a very bad infestation of cockroaches and fleas. I had to pull fleas from my cat repeatedly.
I did not enjoy my stay.
