This is a really nice rv park, with a great laundry room, nice pool, large sites, maintained very well, with a great accommodating staff. We are building a house and plan to stay here for a year-so glad we found this park!

Pretty park. Nice sized spots. Lots of older rigs and very little to do in Bullhead City, except for nice weather. Our biggest problem is very poor cell reception and zero WiFi in the park.

Our rate reflects a week stay. The four stars are for the site we stayed in. Most sites are back in but there is a row of pull through. Roads are paved but narrow and sites are gravel and some have a concrete patio. About 95 % of the park are winter snowbirds. Upon checking in we needed to both show our driver's license and leave a $100 site deposit to be returned when we left after the the site was checked. A first for both of these. The park personal are very friendly. They have a nice clubhouse, pool and spa. Wifi is only available at the clubhouse. Sites are very unlevel and most are on a slight slope. We had pull throigh #81 on the end and it was a very nice wide site with lots of foliage. Only #81 and 80 are fairly level. The other pull through sites are on a slope that would be tough for motorhomes to level. Several back ins have a slope to rear of the site. Motorhomes will struggle in many sites to level. We would only stay here again if we could have #80 or 81. The garbage truck comes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 6:15 and 6:30. this was very annoying since the park is small and it can be heard all over. Otherwise, the park was very quiet.

We came here in 2013 while travelling from California. We were amazingly surprised to see what a beautiful resoirt this was and the amenities that were offered at this resort. Although this was supposed to be temporary, we ended yp staying for an entire year and it was worth it. The view from the resort to the casinos was awesome. People were very friendly in the resort, the wifi was not an issue (through CenturyLink) and the monthly rate was also very reasonable. We got a discount because we did not use all the allotted
electricity for our space. The only drawback was that there was no dog park and I had to take our dog across the street to an emplty lot or the fields out back, which were not developed yet.
We had a great space #43 I think, and it was big enough for our 34 ft motorhome, a truck and all the plants we had around the property. We moved a couple of times to other spaces but was never disappointed. All the lots at this resort are spacious, very clean and you can make it your own.
We would definitely go back again if we still had our motorhome. For being off a main street, it was relatively quiet and serene. You didn't even know that it was there until you drove up to it.
Dede would stay here again
