Sites 12-20 at the boat ramp - great view and breezes, but busy with boaters. 21-41 more private and still open breezy view of the lake and bayou. Sites 1-9 more sheltered from the breeze, but lots of bugs and humidity as a result. Yes there are alligators, but the one we saw was small and far away. And you will be sung to sleep b... more

Sites 1-9 more sheltered from the breeze, but lots of bugs and humidity as a result.
Yes there are alligators, but the one we saw was small and far away. And you will be sung to sleep by the frog symphony.
Each picnic table has a shade shelter, lantern and fire pit. We moved to site 9 after 2 days, both sites very level.
Showers are lockable stalls in the toilet block. They looked clean but dated.
