Clean, large and free dump, fresh fill, propane and Friday was 10 cents-off diesel!

We got here on a Thursday and there were only 2 other occupants. There really aren't many suitable spots for a smaller fifth wheel, but we did get one and it was perfect. I'm just glad it was dry out.

What they don't tell you on the website before you arrive: 1) There is no one to check you in if you arrive after 8 PM. You cannot arrive to the campground after 9 PM. This means if you arrive after 8 PM but before 9 PM, you have no idea where any of the facilities are that you are paying for if you don't walk the 25 -75 yards to try to...

Stayed in campsite 17. Level side to side and backed up to the lake. Site was very clean. Restroom was dated but ok

This was a nice spot outside of Durango for us. A little pricey for what you get but we had a great site next to the lake. We were there on a Sunday and only a couple others. By Monday we were the only ones besides the host. The potable water is at a main Spivey and you have to hold it on. Would go back due to the quiet and lake.
