Lot 80 was long enough for my 40 ft motorhome and car but it's very narrow. Still fit well enough. It's a 30 amp site (my choice for this visit).
I have a $350 Hughes Watch Dog hard wired 50 amp surge protector. (You can probably see where this is going....) and the pedestal breaker kept tripping. I went out and reset it and after a while, the pedestal breaker tripped and shut it off again. It happened in the middle of the night, too, when I needed a bit of heat (it was kind of cold and damp) and the heat wouldn't come on.... I had to go out and reset the breaker... I know I shouldn't have been doing that but my generator was dead and I needed electricity.
I was only here in the area over this labor day weekend because the Cummins shop (for generator repair), about a mile and a half away, was closed until Tuesday. I had no choice.
The next day I went to the office when I couldn't even reset it anymore so they sent a couple of guys over to see what's what. The brand new dogbone (50 to 30 amp) I keep on hand and hadn't used yet was burned at the pedestal. They decided I had a bad dogbone. I went to the office and bought yet another new one for just under $30 and went back and plugged in. Power came on. Of course.. after a few hours it also shut off again.
I told them about the power pedestal having some kind of electrical issue. They said my RV was the problem. Well... here's the thing.... power only flows in one direction: From the pedestal TO the RV, not the other way around. The power never left the pedestal let alone make it to the surge protector when the current either dropped or spiked meaning it could only have come from one place: the pedestal. My surge protector and the breaker at the pedestal, were doing their jobs.
I would not go back here because they clearly don't understand how electricity works and blaming the customer for THEIR power problem isn't right. There's going to be a bigger problem down the road when one of their pedestals sets someone's RV on fire because they don't have a surge protector to save them.

Easily accessible to the highway and a good base camp location. At check-in we were moved to a different site towards the back of the park. Seems like several full-timers in this area. Laundry room was sufficient for what we needed. Site was level but there is little privacy from your neighbor. Quiet at night.

We agree with all the positives in previous reviews. We didn't use the laundry room but it was clean, 4 washers at $2.25 a load. 6 dryers at $2.00 a load. It is pricey for an overnight stop.
We walked next door to the Fiesta Grill and Cantina and had a nice relaxing meal. It was nice to not have to unhook the toad.
We had 3 bars of Verizon 4G and the park offers wifi.

We stayed there to work “from home”. Internet is good enough for video call. Nothing fancy. Spa and community rooms looked good but were closed in mid April?

In general, there’s not a lot to see/do in the area. It was a good place to stop after taking 299 from Redding. That’s another story!

Number of nights available for each site is marked in the envelope. Rates posted on envelope are for summer to end of October so we had hoped that our one night rate would be less. But no it was $59 plus tax. If you have AAA or Sam’s membership you would get a slightly lower rate. Sites are full hookup and level enough that we didn’t have to work hard to get our AIRSTREAM level. Nothing spectacular, sites are next to each other with not much in between. We took showers in the bath house. Roomy shower stalls with lots of hooks and small bench. Hot water but pressure was puny. In a pinch and 1 night, it’s ok but to me it’s expensive.

This park is rated too high for what it is. We thought we were getting a five star park but it's not. The positives are they are big spots, the lady at the front was very kind in helping find a spot big enough for our 40' rig, it has minimal sound pollution (just a bit from highway 101), the internet was decent and we were able to work and stream TV, and you are pretty close to a grocery store and gas stations, which is convenient. The cons: we've lost power 3 times in one day so be sure to have a surge protector! There's a man that was working the desk on Monday that, in my opinion, has no business working with customers as he was short and quite rude. There are a lot of people living here and you can really tell. The sites are paved but the pavement is very narrow (our tires nearly touch the grass on both sides but we do fit). I guess I would stay here again but it is CERTAINLY not a 5 star park!

Loved it here. Though we didn’t spend much time in the park itself… when we were there is was sooooooo quiet!!
The pads are asphalt and level. Cable was out at our site but didn’t use or want it. Plenty of space between your neighbors who were also super nice!!
