The site is directly on the lake. Mere steps from your door. Beautiful view on the adjacent shoreline and bridge. Rocky shoreline. Easy to back in. I only have 2 complaints. Stayed 2 nights in 35 ft 5th wheel. Cell service on my personal router good. Older park with interior rds needing work. Tight site, tho mostly level concrete pad. Easy access off 180 just 15 min out of the town of Breckenridge. Walmart T-supply and groceries and restaurants.
