The campground offers some spacious sites (all gravel) and it was quiet and relaxing. Some permanent residents but with quiet and clean sites. They have a propane refill station that is really handy and good Wi-Fi at least in our site (site 53). All campers were nice, helpful and friendly. It’s not a fancy campground but makes you feel relaxed and welcomed. There are some slopes to get to the sites but it was no problem for us. The owners were always ready to answer any questions texting a lot of information about the area every time we need. The campground is centrally located to all attractions in the area being less than 5 minutes to Little River Canyon, waterfalls and Scenic Loop, less than 10 minutes to De Soto Park and Fort Payne, less than 30 minutes to Scottsboro, Cherokee Rock Village or Leesburg/Centre area and less than 50 minutes Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden. We stayed for 1 month and that’s reflected in the nightly price you see in the review. We will come back again in the future. I would like to finish my review saying Thank you Tim and Janet (owners) for everything!

I received text day of arrival advising way to come in, with places of interest in the area, park map, what site we were in, and contactless registration (phone then text day of arrival). I received text day of arrival advising way to come in, with places of interest in the area, park map, what site we were in, and contactless registration (phone then text day of arrival). It appears the park may have added on but not sure since first time here. Our site was spacious and not on top of anyone else’s site. We are spending the night. We used Passport America. I would stay again as long as I could avoid AL-35 9%grade (we came from Florida via 75, 20, US 27, GA-1 and AL-35). The only complaint is there is trash in fire ring. We aren’t going to use it but…

Owner was so rude. We were forced to move the day after we arrived to a different spot and put in a spot with mud everywhere because she wanted someone else to take our spot that was staying longer. The owners knew we had battery trouble on our 8 hour drive there so we arrived around 11 pm. She texted at 8 am and was waiting to ambush us when we stepped out of the RV the next morning. We complied with the move with no complaints.
Shower had a clump of hair in it for 2 days so they were not cleaned.
We called to inform them that the WiFi was not working in the new spot. We needed to check something for work. She said cussed my family out on speaker saying "Don't f with me. I don't f around with nobody" and threatened to charge our card if we report the WiFi was out to their cable company. We never said we were doing anything of the sort. I would not have ever thought to do anything of the sort. Just trying to get the WiFi working for a few minutes.
She made it so uncomfortable we left early and were going to drive home.
Luckily I called Tranquility RV park nearby and they had availability for us to stay. They were wonderful! They saved our family vacation.

We stayed on the edge of the campground in what appears to be some new gravel sites. Tried to make a reservation, just for her to lie and change her story all within a span of five minutes. Don’t waste your time here.

The owner is crazy...
Cursed me out because they moved my grill from my camp spot that was paid up for the month of April.
N then wouldn't give me any money back
So screwed me out of $460.00
That's how much I give them for April
$400 lot rent n $60 to us the washer n driers which I never got to use.
