Overall Rating
Nice park. Easy access to 95, the residents (mostly full timers) are friendly and quiet, but lots of highway noise. Management is very friendly, pond is cool, pool is nice too. Could use a daily skimming to get all the little bugs, but it is Florida…. The bathrooms are ok, showers are lacking, just concrete block walls and a shower curtain. We stayed a month, and it wasn’t bad. Only real complaint was the $750/month plus 12%tourist tax (=$90), plus electric put us at around $1000 for the month. Kinda high to be 25min to an hour drive from the attractions/beaches. It’s literally in the middle of nowhere. Would like to have seen the monthly rent at $600+/-. Would have given more money to visit all the places so far away. But, again, it is Florida.

Overall Rating
Not a bad park! Lots of RV’s, but it is the last month of summer and the snow birds are starting their “migration”. I give 4 stars simply because the road coming into the park is hard to see when arriving after dark (little solar lights along the entrance would do wonders!), and there are a few potholes on the entrance driveway. Other than that, no complaints! Sites are clean and large, grass is well maintained, palm trees throughout, and a cool little lake for fishing/watching the wildlife. You can hear the Highway noise, but can’t see it, which is nice. Wendy the owner/manager is really nice and very informative! We will be back for sure!!!
