KOA has a reputation for their sites being to close to each other but this one takes the cake. Good thing we were out the next morning.
Only positive thing was that it was quiet.

We have stayed in a lot of KOA all across the country and this one is probably the least well kept. The people were nice enough, restrooms clean, but the laundry had several broken machines, abandoned looking vehicles, fire ants, streets and common areas completely covered with leaves, and lots of traffic noise. Our 30A socket was wired upside down, WiFi is super slow and Verizon only 2 bars. The vibe here is the camp of broken dreams.
We may stay here again as we feel safe and the water and power work but it needs a lot of TLC.
D would stay here again

- Lacked the charm and community you normally experience at a KOA, but it is tough during COVID to supply that for campers.
- Road noise was not bad in our spot, but Saturday night someone set off fireworks intermittently for an hour from 10-11 and then someone decided to ride their dirt bike around the park at 11pm.
- Lots of permanent residents and tents.
- Within an 1/2 hour - 1 hour of seashore and space center and easy access to highway.

The Titusville/Kennedy Space Center KOA with 147 RV sites made up of premium, concrete pad site and dirt sites. The full time tenants are keep in a separate area, and the snow birds, and day visitors have the rest of the RV park. The park features a small pool, and one large bathroom, area and one large community center. On our visit everything was well maintained, and except for a few campsites, everything was kept clean.
I separate campgrounds from RV Resorts. This is a campground and as such I rate it 4 stars as a campground.

This KOA an idea campground for those who are interested in the Kennedy Space Center, or visiting the Canaveral National seashore for beachcombing and relaxing while watching the seabirds.
The Canaveral National Seashore is located between New Smyrna Beach and Titusville, Florida and is about a 30 minute ride from the KOA.
The Canaveral National Seashore is located on a barrier island, and has of over 25 miles of pristine Atlantic Ocean beach, including dunes and an array of wildlife.
The park also encompasses a large bay called Mosquito Lagoon; named after the large blood sucking insect, that is known to inhabit Florida’s wetlands. This bay is known for its fantastic inshore shallow water fishing and Fly-fishing, with species from Speckled Trout to Snook, and it is home to some of the larges known inshore Red Fish.
This National Seashore is the longest expanse of undeveloped land along the East Coast of Florida and is a federally protected area for us to enjoy.

We booked this KOA last minute after our original plans fell through. We were in town for a wedding and the office staff were very accommodating, letting us check in around 10 am. We were escorted to our site by Quentin who helped me get into the site and showed us where everything was. He was great. We didn't spend much time at the campground but the facilities we're adequate, even if they needed some attention. Nice pool, playground, and bathrooms. Very close to lots of attractions and beaches.
We were not expecting the large number of full time residents at this place. KOA's website could have been clearer about that. They have their own area so it's wasn't a big issue. Also wasn't clear our site was a buddy site where another camper was about a foot from our back bunk. Traffic noise from SR46 can be heard at night.

We had to cut our stay here short since we needed to get away from Hurricane Dorian - the staff was very friendly and accommodating. It's an ok KOA, could use some love, lots of permanent residents. Close to Cape Canaveral and I-95.
