Klamath River RV Park

This is the best of the best. No comparison to other parks nearby.
First of this property is gated, quite, clean, right on the river. Superb views and very clean facilities. Laundry room is clean and new equipment. Wifi works, yes works great I was able to do all,of my work. Lots of pride in ownership here in Klamath River rv park. friendly atmosphere and friendly professional staff. Very quiet and peaceful.
You wont be disappointed.

This is an excellent spot to use as a launch point for visits to the Redwood national and state parks. The northern most section of the parks is just past Crescent City, and the southernmost is just north of Eureka, and Klamath sits slightly north of the mid-point.

The campground itself is positioned along the Klamath River and is far enough inland to have the summer fog burn off around 10 am and have it return again overnight, keeping the campground cool but not dreary. The host and the site minders are fantastic - very friendly, and happy to point out some of the local points of interest (and the points of interest to steer away from).

Sites are close together on a grassy field, but the noise level is hushed. Shared fire pits by the river (with nearby hoses for an "oops" moment) are lovely.

We stayed here in July, 2023, and parked our class A facing the river, resulting in lovely views at bedtime and in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Just can’t say enough about the beauty of this spot. I would highly recommend asking for a River front spot to wake up to the beautiful Klamath River views! Gary, the host, couldn’t be more accommodating.
Only misses 5 stars because the bathrooms aren’t very private but he does keep them very clean!
Would highly recommend this spot near the Redwood parks.

We stay one night in an uneven grass pull through. We were next to the “open space” for foot traffic up to the hang out area, laundry and restrooms. Campers had no problems walking around both sides of our trailer. We also were placed next to one of the camp host that utilized a golf cart, which was driven very fast throughout the campground.
The river sites were very nice an flat, and we noticed no one was cutting through their camp sites. We would go back to a River site ( all pull thru ).
Front office very friendly, facilities clean, they have a cafe that is open only on weekends. Front security gate closed around 9 am, you receive a code .
